Claims (15)
- 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수(dry zero span tensile index)가, 개질되지 않은 상응하는 셀룰로즈 섬유의 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수 보다 35% 이상 작은 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유.
- 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수 대 간격이 0인 경우의 습윤 인장 지수의 비가 1.5 내지 3인 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수가 개질되지 않은 상응하는 셀룰로즈 섬유의 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수 보다 40% 이상, 바람직하게는 45% 이상 작은 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 연재 크래프트 펄프로 이루어진 그룹, 바람직하게는 개질된 북부 연재 크래프트 섬유, 개질된 남부 연재 크래프트 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물; 개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 경재 크래프트 펄프; 개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 경재 설파이트 펄프; 및 개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 연재 설파이트 펄프; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 셀룰라제 효소와 셀룰로즈 섬유를 배합하고, 상기 섬유의 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수를 35% 이상까지 감소시키기에 충분한 기간동안 상기 배합물을 반응시킴으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유.
- 0.4 g/cc 이하의 밀도를 갖고, 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수가 개질되지 않은 상응하는 셀룰로즈 섬유의 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수 보다 15% 이상 작은 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하고, 단위 건조 인장력 당 굴곡 모듈러스가 개질되지 않은 상응하는 섬유로부터 제조된 섬유 구조물의 단위 건조 인장력 당 굴곡 모듈러스 보다 30% 이상 작은 것을 추가의 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수가 개질되지 않은 상응하는 셀룰로즈 섬유의 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수 보다 20% 이상, 바람직하게는 25% 이상 작은 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하고, 단위 건조 인장력 당 굴곡 모듈러스가 개질되지 않은 상응하는 섬유로부터 제조된 섬유 구조물의 단위 건조 인장력 당 굴곡 모듈러스 보다 35% 이상, 바람직하게는 40% 이상 작은 것을 추가의 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물.
- 제 6 항 또는 7 항에 있어서,개질된 섬유가 개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 연재 크래프트 펄프; 개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 경재 크래프트 펄프; 개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 경재 설파이트 펄프; 개질된 북부, 남부 및 열대성 연재 설파이트 펄프; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물.
- 제 6 항 내지 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유로 필수적으로 이루어진 핸드시이트(handsheet)가 개질되지 않은 상응하는 셀룰로즈 섬유로 필수적으로 이루어진 상응하는 핸드시이트의 건조 인장 지수의 90% 이상인 건조 인장 지수를 갖고, 바람직하게는 개질되지 않은 상응하는 셀룰로즈 섬유로 필수적으로 이루어진 상응하는 핸드시이트의 건조 인장 지수보다 5% 이상 큰 건조 인장 지수를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물.
- 하나 이상의 셀룰라제 효소와 셀룰로즈 섬유를 배합하고, 상기 섬유의 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수를 개질되지 않은 상응하는 섬유의 간격이 0인 경우의 건조 인장 지수와 비교시 35% 이상까지 감소시키기에 충분한 기간동안 상기 배합물을 반응시킴을 포함하는, 개질된 셀룰로즈 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,탈결합제를 또한 섬유와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 11 항에 있어서,45 계열의 셀룰라제 군에 속하는 하나 이상의 효소를 셀룰로즈 섬유와 배합시키고, 바람직하게는 상기 하나 이상의 효소가 엔도글루카나제 EG V, 셀루클라스트(Celluclast; 등록상표), 셀루자임(Celluzyme; 등록상표), 페르고라제(Pergolase; 등록상표) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,셀룰로즈 섬유와 하나 이상의 효소를 반응시킨 후에, 하나 이상의 탈결합제를 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 13 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 탈결합제를 개질된 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로 1% 이상의 수준으로 섬유와 배합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항, 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 탈결합제가 포화 및 불포화 지방산 및 지방산 염; 알케닐 숙신산 무수물; 알케닐 숙신산; 알케닐 숙시네이트 염; 솔비탄 모노-, 디- 및 트리-에스테르; 3급 아민 및 그의 유도체; 아민 산화물; 4급 아민; 실리콘 기재 화합물; 미립자 점토; 미립자 실리케이트; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
