Claims (19)
- 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질을 생산하는 능력을 가지고, 또한 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소를 유도발현할 수 있는 DNA 를 도입한 미생물을 배지에 배양하고, 상기 배양물 중에 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질을 생성 축적시킨 후, 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소를 유도발현시키고, 상기 배양물 중에 상기 전구물질에서 상기 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 생성 축적시키고, 상기 배양물 중에서 상기 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질이 5'-크산틸산, 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소가 5'-크산틸산 아미나아제, 푸린 뉴클레오티드가 5'-구아닐산인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질이 구아노신, 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소가 이노신-구아노신 키나아제 또는 포스파타아제, 푸린 뉴클레오티드가 5'-구아닐산인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질이 이노신, 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소가 이노신-구아노신 키나아제 또는 포스파타아제, 푸린 뉴클레오티드가 5'-이노신산인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미생물이 코리네박테리움속, 에쉘리히아속, 바실러스속으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 미생물인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미생물이 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스인 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소가, 고온, 고 pH 및 고침투압에서 선택되는 조건을 변화시키거나, 또는 당질계의 탄소원에서 비당질계의 탄소원으로 전환함으로써 유도발현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 비당질계의 탄소원이 아세트산 또는 아세트산염인 제조법.
- 푸린 뉴클레오티드 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소를 유도발현할 수 있는 DNA.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 고온, 고 pH 및 고침투압에서 선택되는 조건을 변화시키거나, 또는 당질계의 탄소원에서 비당질계의 탄소원으로 전환함으로써, 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소를 유도발현할 수 있는 DNA.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 비당질계의 탄소원이, 아세트산 또는 아세트산염인 DNA.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, DNA 가 pLAC 857 또는 pIGK 2 인 DNA.
- 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질을 생산하는 능력을 가지고, 또한 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소를 유도발현할 수 있는 DNA 를 도입한 미생물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질이 5'-크산틸산, 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소가 5'-크산틸산아미나아제, 푸린 뉴클레오티드가 5'-구아닐산인 미생물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질이 구아노신, 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소가 이노신-구아노신 키나아제 또는 포스파타아제, 푸린 뉴클레오티드가 5'-구아닐산인 미생물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 푸린 뉴클레오티드의 전구물질이 이노신, 상기 전구물질에서 푸린 뉴클레오티드를 합성할 수 있는 효소가 이노신-구아노신 포스파타아제, 푸린 뉴클레오티드가 5'-이노신산인 미생물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 미생물이, 코리네박테리움속, 에쉘리히아속, 바실러스속으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 미생물인 미생물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 미생물이, 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스인 미생물.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 미생물이, 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스 ATCC 6872/pLAC 857 (FERM BP-6639) 또는 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스 ATCC 6872/pIGK 2 (FERM BP-6638) 인 미생물.
