Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM PURINA NUCLEOTìDEO, DNA, E, MICROORGANISMO". A presente invenção fornece um processo para produzir um purina nucleotídeo, o qual compreende: cultivar em um meio um microorganismo tendo a capacidade de produzir um precursor do purina nucleotídeo e transportar um DNA introduzido que pode induzir e expressar uma enzima capaz de sintetizar o purina nucleotídeo a partir do dito precursor; permitir que dito precursor do purina nucleotídeo se acumule na cultura; induzir e expressar a enzima capaz de sintetizar o purina nucleotídeo a partir do dito precursor; permitir que o purina nucleotídeo formado do dito precursor se acumule na dita cultura; e, então, recuperar dela o referido purina nucleotídeo. Microorganismos úteis no dito processo também são fornecidos.
