Claims (15)
- (a) 균질한 선형 또는 거의 선형 에틸렌/α-올레핀 상호중합체 주쇄, 및 (b) 상호중합체 주쇄로부터 매달린 분지를 포함하고, 이 분지가 상기 주쇄의 밀도보다 0.004g/cm3이상 큰 밀도를 갖는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 상호중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분지가 상기 주쇄의 밀도보다 0.006g/cm3이상 큰 밀도를 갖는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 상호중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중합체 주쇄가 추가로 에틸렌 및 하나이상의 C3-C20α-올레핀의 균질한 선형 또는 거의 선형 상호중합체를 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,주쇄의 균질한 선형 또는 거의 선형 상호중합체가 추가로 50이상의 CDBI 및 3 미만의 Mw/Mn을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,주쇄의 상호중합체가 (a) 용융 유동비, I10/I2≥ 5.63, (b) 겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 의해 측정되고 하기 수학식에 의해 정의된 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn): (Mw/Mn)≤(I10/I2)-4.63, (c) 거의 선형 에틸렌 상호중합체에 대한 표면 용융 분획의 개시에서 임계 전단비가 선형 에틸렌 중합체에 대한 표면 용융 분획의 개시에서 임계 전단비보다 50% 이상 큰 기체 압출 레올로지 또는 기체 압출 레올로지에 의해 측정된 바와 같이, 광도 용융 분획의 개시에서 임계 전단 응력 4×106dynes/cm2(0.4MPa), 이때 거의 선형 에틸렌 상호중합체 및 선형 에틸렌 중합체는 동일한 공단량체 또는 공단량체를 포함하고, 선형 에틸렌 중합체는 I2, Mw/Mn및 거의 선형 에틸렌 상호중합체의 10% 이내의 밀도를 갖고, 거의 선형 에틸렌 상호중합체 및 선형 에틸렌 중합체의 개별적인 임계 전단비는 기체 압출 레오미터를 사용하여 동일한 용융 온도에서 측정되고, 및(d) -30 내지 150℃사이의 단일 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,주쇄의 상호중합체가 0.01 내지 3개의 장쇄 분지/1000 탄소의 평균으로 치환되는 거의 선형 에틸렌/α-올레핀 상호중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- (a) 분지 형성 중합체 40 내지 5중량%(이때, 분지는 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 상호중합체를 포함한다) 및 (b) 에틸렌 및 하나이상의 공단량체 또는 균질한 선형 또는 거의 선형 에틸렌/α-올레핀 상호중합체인 주쇄 형성 물질 60 내지 95중량%의 반응 생성물을 포함하고,생성된 분지의 결정화도가 생성된 주쇄의 결정화도보다 5% 이상이고,이형 중합체 조성물이 생성된 분지의 중합체 및 생성된 주쇄의 중합체의 비반응된 블렌드보다 10℃이상인 상부 제공 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나이상의 주쇄 중합체 또는 분지 중합체상에 극성 잔기의 그래프팅으로부터 유도된 잔기를 포함하는 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(a) 반응 조건하에서 에틸렌 및 임의로 하나이상의 α-올레핀 공단량체를 중합시켜 분지 형성 중합체를 형성하고; (b) 반응 조건하에서 (a)의 에틸렌, 하나이상의 α-올레핀 공단량체 및 분지 형성 중합체를 중합시켜 이형 중합체 조성물을 형성하고, 이때 이형 중합체 조성물이 주쇄 중합체 부분 및 매달린 분지 중합체 부분을 갖고, 분지 중합체 부분의 실온에서 결정화도가 주쇄 중합체 부분보다 5%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,(a)의 중합이 제 1 반응기중에서 발생하고, (b)의 중합이 제 2 반응기중에서 발생하거나, (a)의 중합이 (b)의 중합과 동일한 반응기중에서 발생하고, 이때 제 1 촉매가 (a)의 중합동안에 사용되고, 제 2 친화성 촉매가 (b)의 중합동안에 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(a) 반응 조건하에서 에틸렌 및 임의로 하나이상의 α-올레핀 공단량체를 중합시켜 분지 형성 중합체를 함유하는 반응 스트림을 형성하고; (b) 에틸렌 및 하나이상의 α-올레핀 공단량체를 중합시켜 균질한 선형 또는 거의 선형 주쇄 형성 중합체를 함유하는 반응 스트림을 형성하고; (c) (a)의 반응 스트림으로부터 분지 형성 중합체 및 (b)의 반응 스트림으로부터 주쇄 형성 중합체를 임의로 분리하고; 및 (d) 자유 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에서 분지 형성 중합체 및 주쇄 형성 중합체를 반응시켜 주쇄 형성 중합체에 분지 형성 중합체를 매달아 이형 중합체 조성물을 생성하고, 이때 분지 형성 중합체가 주쇄 형성 중합체보다 5% 이상인 실온에서의 결정화도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,단계(d)의 반응이 (a) 및 (b)의 반응 스트림으로부터 분지 형성 중합체 및 주쇄 형성 중합체의 분리이전에 발생하고, (e) 혼합된 반응 스트림으로부터 이형 중합체 조성물을 분리하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 접착제, 밀봉재, 피복물, 성형부, 필름, 열성형부 또는 섬유의 형태로, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 이형 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 이형 조성물을 포함하는 고온 용융 접착제 제형.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,분지 중합체 및 주쇄 중합체의 비반응된 블렌드를 포함하는 고온 용융 접착제보다 10℃이상 큰 상부 제공 온도 및 200g 이상의 프로브 점착성을 갖고, 동등량이 이형 중합체 조성물중에 존재하는 고온 용융 접착제 제형.
