- 비펄프화된 긴 천연섬유 번들을 주 섬유성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 부직포 섬유 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 천연섬유 번들이 코디지 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 천연섬유 번들이 사이설, 아바카, 헤너켄, 케나프 및 황마로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 긴 천연섬유가 약 10-50mm 범위의 절단된 섬유 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 웹이 펄프섬유 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 합성섬유 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 합성섬유 성분이 셀룰로스 아세테이트, 비스코스 레이온, 나일론 또는 폴리올레핀 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 웹의 기본 중량이 약 200g/m2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 웹의 기본 중량이 약 100g/m2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비펄프화된 섬유의 탄성률이 약 2-5×106psi의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 웹 재료.
- 제 1 항의 부직포 웹 및 이것에 고착된 펄프 웹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다층시트 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 층들이 하이드로인탱글링에 의해 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다층시트 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 층들이 화학 결합에 의해 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다층시트 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 스펀본드된 웹을 펄프 웹으로부터 부직포의 반대쪽에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다층시트 재료.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 복합체가 압력하에 열성형가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다층시트 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제 1 항의 부직포 웹 재료가 양쪽에 고착된 발포체층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다층시트 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 평균 휨력이 2.25lbf이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 다층시트 재료.
