Claims (17)
- 스테이플 섬유를 연속 필라멘트로부터 형성된 부직 웹과 수압 얽힘 처리(hydraulic entangling)하여 복합 직물을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법으로, 스테이플 섬유의 평균 섬유 길이가 0.3 내지 25㎜이고, 이때 스테이플 섬유의 50중량% 초과가 합성물이며, 복합 직물이 제1 표면 및 제2 표면을 이루고, 제1 표면은 50중량% 초과의 스테이플 섬유를 함유하고 제2 표면은 50중량% 초과의 연속 필라멘트를 함유하며, 이때 스테이플 섬유의 일부가 또한 제2 표면으로부터 돌출해 있으며,상기 스테이플 섬유가 100 내지 4000psig의 유체 압력에서 상기 부직 웹과 수압 얽힘 처리되며;형성된 직물이 10㎤/g 내지 50㎤/g의 부피를 갖도록 상기 복합 직물을 비압축식 건조시키는 것을 포함하는 직물의 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유를 연속 필라멘트로부터 형성된 부직 웹과 수압 얽힘 처리하기 전에 스테이플 섬유를 웹으로 형성하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 직물의 형성방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유가 200 내지 3500psig의 유체 압력에서 부직 웹과 수압 얽힘 처리되는 직물의 형성방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합재를 통기 건조(through-dry)시키는 직물의 형성방법.
- 스테이플 섬유의 평균 섬유 길이가 0.3 내지 25㎜이고, 이때 스테이플 섬유의 90중량% 초과가 합성물이며, 복합재가 제1 표면 및 제2 표면을 이루고, 제1 표면은 50중량% 초과의 스테이플 섬유를 함유하고 제2 표면은 50중량% 초과의 연속 필라멘트를 함유하며, 이때 스테이플 섬유의 일부가 또한 제2 표면으로부터 돌출해 있는, 연속 필라멘트로부터 형성된 부직 웹과 수압 얽힘 처리된 스테이플 섬유를 포함하며, 복합재가 10㎤/g 내지 50㎤/g의 부피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유가 복합재의 40중량% 초과의 양을 차지하는 복합재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유의 평균 섬유 길이가 0.5 내지 10㎜인 복합재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유의 필라멘트당 데니어가 6 미만인 복합재.
- 삭제
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 합성 스테이플 섬유가 폴리비닐 알콜, 레이온, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 나일론 및 폴리올레핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합체로부터 형성된 것인 복합재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유가 셀룰로즈계 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 것인 복합재.
- 제12항에 있어서, 셀룰로즈계 섬유가 스테이플 섬유의 50중량% 미만을 차지하는 복합재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 연속 필라멘트로부터 형성되는 부직 웹이 스펀본드 웹인 복합재.
- 삭제
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 정의된 복합재로부터 형성되는 와이퍼.
- 제16항에 있어서, 복합재의 150중량% 초과의 양의 액체를 함유하는 와이퍼.
