Claims (10)
- 폴리머 쉘(shell) 안에 수용성 물질을 함유하는 마이크로캡슐을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 캡슐화된 물질과, 상기 캡슐화된 물질 내에 녹아 있는 유리아-포름알데하이드 및/또는 멜라닌-포름알데하이드를 포함하는 액체상을 제공하는 단계;(b) 하나 또는 하나 이상의 유기 용매와 하나 또는 하나 이상의 계면활성제를 포함하는 계속적인 유기 액체 상 내에서 상기 수용액 상의 에멀션― 여기서 에멀션은 계속된 유기 액체 상에 분산된 분리된 액체상의 방울을 포함하며, 수용성의 분리된 방울과 계속적인 유기 액체 상 사이의 접속면을 형성함―을 만드는 단계; 및(c) 수용성 용매의 액체 방울 성분들이 수용성 용매를 포함하는 고체 폴리머 트로 구성된 캡슐로 변하도록 하기 위하여 물에는 거의 녹지 않으나 유기 액체에는 녹는 계면활성 양성자 전달 촉매의 존재 하에서 20 내지 100 ℃의 온도로 에멀젼을 가열하여 프리폴리머의 자가응축이 실제로 완결하도록 충분한 시간 동안 접촉면에 붙은 분리된 방울 입자의 수용성 상에 존재하는 프리폴리머의 자가응축을 일으키는 단계를 포함하는 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 물질이 수용성 물질 내에 용해되거나 및/또는 분산된 생활성(bioactive) 물질을 포함하는 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 생활성 물질이 농약인 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 농약이 파라쿼트인 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 액체가 유기 액체 속에 용해된 유효 물질을 함유하는 마이크로캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항의 마이크로캡슐 제조방법에 따라 제조되는 마이크로캡슐.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항의 마이크로캡슐 제조방법에 따라 생산된 유기 액체 내의 마이크로캡슐 현탁액.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 유기 액체가 물에 녹지 않는 농약을 함유하는 마이크로 캡슐 현탁액.
- 수용성 물질을 함유하는 요소-포름알데히드 및/또는 멜라닌-포름알데히드 폴리머로 구성된 폴리머 쉘(shell) 벽을 포함하는 마이크로캡슐.
- 수용성 포장 물질 내에 제 6항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 마이크로캡슐 또는 마이크로 캡슐 현탁액을 포함하는 포장된 농약 제재.
