Abstract
Description
Claims (31)
- 살충제, 제초제, 및 살균제로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 자외선 민감성의 생물학적 활성물질을 포함하며, 물과 혼화될 수 없고 미세캡슐의 벽(wall)을 형성하는데 사용되는 프리폴리머(prepolymer) 또는 프리폴리머들을 용해하기에 충분하게 극성인 유기액체, 및티타늄 디옥사이드, 징크 옥사이드, 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되며, 상기 액체에 현탁되고 완전히 분산되는 유효량의 입자상 자외선 보호제를 함유하는 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질은 상기 액체에 현탁되는 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질은 상기 액체에서 용해되거나 또는 상기 액체를 포함하는 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자외선 보호제의 입경은 약 0.01 내지 약 2마이크론인 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자외선 보호제의 입경은 약 0.02 내지 약 0.5마이크론인 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자외선 보호제는 티타늄 디옥사이드인 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자외선 보호제는 티타늄 디옥사이드와 징크 옥사이드의 혼합물인 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질이 피레트로이드(pyrethroid)를 포함하는 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질이 람다-시할로트린(lambda-cyhalothrin)인 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캡슐의 벽이 폴리우레아(polyurea)로 형성되는 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캡슐의 벽이 우레아-포름알데히드 폴리머(urea-formaldehyde polymer)로 형성되는 미세캡슐.
- 자외선 민감성, 생물학적 활성물질을 포함하는 액체 및 티타늄 디옥사이드, 징크 옥사이드, 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되며 상기 액체에서 현탁되고 완전히 분산되는 유효량의 입자상 자외선 보호제를 함유하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법으로,(a) 물과 혼화될 수 없고 자외선 민감성, 생물학적 활성물질을 포함하는 유기액체에 약 0.01 내지 약 2마이크론의 평균 입경을 가지는 상기 보호제--여기서 보호제는 상기 액체에 완전히 분산된 것임--의 현탁액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 현탁액을 물--여기에서 물은 보호성 콜로이드 및 상기 유기액체를 상기 물에 소적으로 유지하고 상기 보호제가 유기액체에서 물로 추출되지 않도록 유지시킬 수 있는 계면활성제를 선택적으로 포함하고, 상기 유기액체는 용액에서 반응하여 상기 유기액체와 물의 계면에 폴리머를 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 프리폴리머를 함유함--에 도입하는 단계;(c) 상기 유기액체의 현탁액을 고도의 시어(shear)에서 수상으로 혼합하여 수중유적형 에멀젼을 형성하는 혼합단계; 및(d) 수중유적형 에멀젼의 온도 및/또는 pH를 필요에 따라서 조정하여 중합반응이 유기액체/물 계면에서 일어나서 미세캡슐을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질은 상기 액체에 현탁된 고체인 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질은 약 0.01 내지 약 50마이크론의 평균 입경을 가지는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질은 상기 액체에서 용해되는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 유기액체의 소적의 입경은 물에 분산된 후 약 1 내지 약 30마이크론인 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 프리폴리머는 상기 유기액체에 용해된 하나 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트--여기에서 폴리이소시아네이트는 가열시 이소시아네이트를 아민으로 가수분해되고 다시 다른 이소시아네이트와 반응하여 폴리우레아를 형성하고 것임--를 포함하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 프리폴리머는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐이소시아네이트와 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트의 이소머릭 혼합체의 혼합체인 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 프리폴리머는 우레아-포름알데히드 프리폴리머인 것으로서, 상기 메틸올기의 약 50∼98%는 C4-C10알콜과 에스테르화하고, 유기액체/물 계면에서 고체 폴리머를 형성하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 프리폴리머의 메틸올의 약 70∼90%는 n-부탄올로 에테르화되는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 자외선 보호제는 분산제에 의해서 상기 액체에 완전히 분산되는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 분산제는 비이온성 계면활성제인 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 미세캡슐은 약 1∼200 마이크론의 평균입경을 가지는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질은 피레트로이드를 포함하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성물질은 람다-시할로트린을 포함하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 물과 혼화될 수 없고 미세캡슐의 벽을 형성하는데 사용되는 프리폴리머 (prepolymer) 또는 프리폴리머들을 용해하기에 충분하게 극성인 유기액체, 및티타늄 디옥사이드, 징크 옥사이드, 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되어지며, 상기 액체에 현탁되고 완전히 분산되는 유효량의 입자상 자외선 보호제를 함유하는 미세캡슐.
- 제26항에 있어서,상기 입자는 분산제에 의해서 상기 액체에 분산되는 미세캡슐.
- 티타늄 디옥사이드, 징크 옥사이드, 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되며 유효량의 입자상 자외선 보호제를 포함하는 액체를 함유하며, 상기 액체에서 상기 자외선 보호제는 현탁되고 완전히 분산되는 미세캡슐의 제조방법으로,(a) 물과 혼화될 수 없는 유기액체에 약 0.01 내지 약 2마이크론의 평균 입경을 가지는 상기 보호제--여기서 보호제는 상기 유기액체에 완전히 분산된 것임--의 현탁액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 현탁액을 물--여기서 물은 보호성 콜로이드 및 상기 유기액체를 상기 물에 소적으로 유지하고 상기 보호제가 유기액체에서 물로 추출되지 않도록 유지시킬 수 있는 계면활성제를 선택적으로 포함하고, 상기 유기액체는 용액에서 반응하여 상기 유기액체와 물의 계면에 폴리머를 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 프리폴리머를 함유함--에 도입하는 단계;(c) 상기 유기액체의 현탁액을 수상에서 고도의 시어(shear)에서 혼합하여 수중유적형 에멀젼을 형성하는 혼합단계; 및(d) 수중유적형 에멀젼의 온도 및/또는 pH를 필요에 따라서 조정하여 중합반응이 유기액체/물 계면에서 일어나서 미세캡슐을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 미세캡슐 제조방법.
- 제28항에 있어서,상기 유기액체는 분산제를 포함하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 티타늄 다옥사이드, 징크 옥사이드, 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 유효량의 입자상 자외선 보호제가 유기액체에서 현탁되고 완전히 분산되는 현탁액.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 입자는 분산제에 의해서 상기 액체에 완전히 분산되는 현탁액.
