Claims (11)
- 실린더 튜브내를 슬라이딩하는 피스톤에 연결된 피스톤 로드가, 상기 실린더튜브의 한쪽 끝단부에 연결된 로드커버를 관통하여 외부로 돌출하도록 구성된 유체압 실린더장치로서,상기 로드커버에는, 상기 유체압 실린더장치를 외부 프레임에 설치하기 위한 설치부와, 상기 설치부와 상기 실린더 튜브로의 연결부 사이에 가해지는 축방향의 하중을 검출하여 전기신호로 변환하기 위한 하중변환부가 일체적으로 설치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하중변환부는, 축방향의 양쪽 끝단에 설치된 2개의 플랜지부와,상기 2개의 플랜지부 사이에 있어 그들 플랜지부와 일체로 설치되며 두께가 얇은 원통형상으로 형성되어 탄성변형이 가능한 탄성변형부와,상기 탄성변형부에 설치된 왜곡센서로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 탄성변형부의 내부 공간에는 그리스가 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 로드의 바깥 둘레면은 상기 하중변환부와 접촉하지 않도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 2개의 플랜지부 중에서 축방향 바깥쪽의 플랜지부에는 설치용 플랜지가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 설치용 플랜지에는 상기 피스톤 로드의 표면을 청소하기 위한 스크레이퍼가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하중변환부 및 상기 설치부로서 플레이트부재가 설치되고 있고,상기 플레이트부재에는, 해당 플레이트부재의 표리에 걸쳐 관통되어 상기 연결부와 상기 설치부와의 사이의 일부를 칸막이하는 슬릿이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 슬릿은, 상기 플레이트부재에, 상기 피스톤 로드를 지나는 선을 중심으로 하여 대칭위치에 2개 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 2개의 슬릿간격은, 상기 피스톤 로드를 중심으로 한 대칭위치인 2개소에서 좁아져 있고, 좁아진 부분이 탄성변형부로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 탄성변형부에는 오목부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 오목부에는 왜곡센서가 설치되고 있고, 상기 탄성변형부와 상기 왜곡센서에 의해서 상기 하중변환부가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더장치.
