Claims (4)
- 공통 전극을 포함하는 제 1 패널과, 박막 트랜지스터, 화소 전극, 게이트 패드 그리고, 소스 패드를 포함하는 제 2 패널을 일정 간격을 두고 합착한 후 그 사이에 액정을 주입하여 액정 표시 장치를 제작하는데 있어서, 상기 게이트 패드와 상기 소스 패드는 상기 제 1 패널의 가장자리에서 일정 거리 떨어지도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공통 전극은 상기 제 1 패널의 전면에 걸쳐 형성되고, 상기 게이트 패드 그리고 상기 소스 패드는 상기 공통전극의 가장자리에서 일정거리 떨어진 위치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 제조 방법.
- 전면에 공통 전극을 포함하는 제 1 패널과;상기 제 1 패널과 일정 간격을 두고 상기 간격 사이에 액정 물질을 포함하여 합착되며, 상기 제 1 패널의 가장자리에서 일정 간격 떨어진 곳에 형성된 게이트 패드 및 소스 패드를 포함하는 제 2 패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 게이트 패드에 연결된 게이트 배선과;상기 소스 패드에 연결된 소스 배선과;상기 게이트 배선에서 분기된 게이트 전극과, 상기 소스 배선에서 분기된 소스 전극 그리고, 상기 소스 전극에 대향하여 형성된 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터와;상기 드레인 전극에 연결된 화소 전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
