Claims (11)
- 제 1 단계에서 하기 화학식 5의 화합물을 용매중에서 수소압력하에 라니-니켈 촉매와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 6의 화합물을 제조하고, 제 2 단계에서 염기 존재하에 용매중에서 화학식 6 화합물의 아미노기를 보호기화 반응시켜 하기 화학식 7의 화합물을 제조한 후, 제 3 단계에서 화학식 7의 화합물을 용매중에서 수소압력하에 금속 촉매와 반응시켜 이중결합을 선택적으로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하여 화학식 1의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:화학식 5화학식 6화학식 7화학식 1상기식에서P1및 P2는 각각 독립적으로 아세틸, t-부톡시카보닐 또는 피발로일을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에서 용매로 메탄올을 화학식 5의 화합물에 대하여 2 내지 20 부피배 사용하고, 수소압력은 상압 내지 50기압이며, 반응온도는 실온 내지 60℃인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에서 W-2 타입의 라니-니켈 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계에서 암모니아수, 기체 암모니아 또는 초산을 2 내지 4 몰당량으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계에서 화학식 6의 화합물을 디(t-부톡시)디카보네이트, 피발로일클로라이드 및 아세틸클로라이드 중에서 선택된 1종의 화합물과 반응시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계에서 염기로 리튬 t-부톡사이드, 리튬 이소프로폭사이드, 포타슘 t-부톡사이드, 소듐 t-부톡사이드 및 염화리튬 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 화학식 6의 화합물에 대해 2.0 내지 3.0 몰당량 사용하고, 용매로 테트라하이드로푸란, 톨루엔 및 디옥산 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 화학식 6의 화합물에 대해 5 내지 20 부피배 사용하며, 반응온도는 -40 내지 10℃인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계에서 제조된 화학식 7의 화합물을 추가로 알콜과 물을 1:1 내지 3:1의 부피비로 혼합시킨 혼합용매중에서 재결정하여 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 3 단계에서 금속 촉매로 라니 니켈, 팔라듐-카본 및 린들러 촉매 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 화학식 7의 화합물을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 20중량% 사용하고, 용매로 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소프로판올, 테트라하이드로푸란, 디옥산, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 에틸아세테이트 및 부틸아세테이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 화학식 7의 화합물을 기준으로 5 내지 100 부피배 사용하며, 반응온도는 0 내지 50℃인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 3 단계에서 트리에틸아민, 트리(n-부틸)아민, 디이소프로필에틸아민, 피리딘, 4-디메틸아미노피리딘, 4-(4-메틸피페리딘-1-일)-피리딘, 이미다졸, 퀴놀린, 이소퀴놀린, 디메틸아닐린, 트리에탄올아민, 퀴닌, 퀴니딘 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 유기아민을 화학식 7의 화합물에 대하여 0.01 내지 10 몰당량 사용하거나, 포스페이트, 트리스 및 보레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 완충용액을 이용하여 반응액의 pH를 8 내지 10으로 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기 화학식 6의 화합물:화학식 6상기식에서 P1은 아세틸, t-부톡시카보닐 또는 피발로일을 나타낸다.
- 하기 화학식 7의 화합물:화학식 7상기식에서 P1및 P2는 각각 독립적으로 아세틸, t-부톡시카보닐 또는 피발로일을 나타낸다.
