Claims (11)
- 공구 본체(12)와 절삭부(11)를 포함하고, 상기 공구 본체는 섕크부(40)와, 전방면(24)과, 칩 플루트(18)를 갖고, 상기 절삭부는 상기 전방면에 대향하여 해제가능하게 맞닿도록 제공된 지지면(16)을 갖고, 상기 공구 본체와 절삭부는 이들을 함께 유지하도록 협동하는 수단을 포함하는 금속성 공작물 회전 절삭 가공용 공구에 있어서,상기 수단은 서로 협동하는 돌기(60)와 리세스(50)로 구성되고, 바요넷 결합을 형성하도록 공구 본체에 대한 절삭부의 장착시에 서로에 대해 회전되도록 되어 있고 상기 회전은 소정 각도 간격(φ) 내에서 발생하며,상기 칩 플루트(18)의 미리 형성된 공간은 바요넷 결합의 입구 및 출구로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 협동하는 돌기(60) 및 리세스(50)는 절삭부와 공구 본체의 주연에 연계하여 제공되고, 상기 각도 간격(φ)은 360°미만이고, 바람직하게는 60°미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 협동하는 돌기(60) 및 리세스(50)는 공구의 이송 전방으로 지향된 힘을 수용하도록 된 공구의 회전축(22)에 대해 경사진 표면(53, 63)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공구 본체(12)는 돌기(60)가 장착 및 가공시에 공구의 방사상 방향으로 탄성적으로 만곡될 수 있게 하기 위하여 절삭부(11)보다 낮은 영률을 갖고, 상기 돌기(60) 및 리세스(50)는 공구의 회전 방향(R)에서 관련된 절삭날(19)로부터 실질적 후방으로 소정 거리에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기(60)와 리세스(50)는 칩 플루트(18)로부터 관련된 랜드(41)의 접선 길이(G)의 절반 정도까지 접선 방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 간극(P)은 절삭부와 공구 본체의 최근접 표면(51, 61)들 사이에 제공되고 상기 표면들은 서로 대면하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 절삭부(11)는 원형 기본 형상을 갖고 절삭부(11)와 합체하는 적어도 하나의 절삭날(19)에는 절삭날로부터 먼 쪽 단부에 지지면(16)이 제공되고, 상기 절삭날은 적어도 하나의 칩 플루트(18)를 포함하는 회전식 칩 제거 가공용 절삭부에 있어서,절삭부의 지지면(16)은 소정 각도 간격(φ) 내에서 회전되어 바요넷 결합의 일부를 구성하도록 된 수단(50)으로 구성되고, 상기 수단은 칩 플루트(18)로부터 접선 방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭부.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 절삭부의 주연과 연계하여 직경 방향으로 대면하여 제공되는 돌기(60) 또는 리세스(50)로 구성되고, 상기 수단은 관련된 랜드(41)의 접선 길이(G)의 절반 정도 까지 칩 플루트(18)로부터 접선 방향으로 연장하고, 상기 각도 간격(φ)은 360°미만, 바람직하게는 60°미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭부.
- 섕크부(40)와, 칩 플루트(18)와 전방면(24)을 포함하고, 중심축(22)을 갖는 회전식 칩 제거 가공 공구용 공구 본체에 있어서,공구 본체의 전방면(24)은 바요넷 결합의 일부를 구성하는 수단(60)을 포함하고, 상기 수단은 관련된 칩 플루트(18)로부터 접선 방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 본체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 공구 본체의 주연과 연계하여 직경 방향 대향 제공된 돌기(60) 또는 리세스(50)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구 본체.
- 공구 본체(12)와 절삭부(11)를 포함하고, 상기 공구 본체는 섕크부(40)와, 전방면(24)과 칩 플루트(18)를 갖고, 절삭부는 전방면에 대향하여 해제식으로 맞닿도록 제공된 지지면(16)을 갖고, 공구 본체와 절삭부는 이들을 함께 보유하도록 협동하는 수단을 포함하는 금속성 공작물 회전식 절삭 가공에 대한 공구를 형성하도록 절삭부를 공구 본체에 장착시키는 방법에 있어서,절삭부(11)와 공구 본체(12) 상에 상보형 돌기(60)와 리세스(50)를 제공하는 단계와,절삭부(11)를 공구 본체(12)로 향하게 하여 각각의 돌기(60)가 대향된 칩 플루트(18)에 도달하고 지지면(16)이 전방면(24)에 대향하여 맞닿게 하는 단계와,서로 대향하여 맞닿는 각각의 돌기와 리세스의 정지면(56, 66)이 서로 맞닿을 때까지 각 돌기를 관련 리세스 내로 활주할 수 있도록 공구 본체에 대한 방향(R)으로 소정 각도 간격(φ) 내에서 절삭부(11)를 회전시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
