Claims (8)
- 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 분말과 필러를 조립할 때에, 상기 분말과 필러의 혼합물 100 중량부를 임계미셀농도의 10 배 이상 40 배 미만 농도의 음이온성 계면활성제를 함유하는 수용액 30 ∼ 60 중량부로 습윤하고, 기계력을 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말의 제법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기계력을 작용시키는 방법이 전동하는 방법인 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말의 제법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 음이온성 계면활성제가 테트라데센술폰산나트륨, 라우릴황산나트륨 또는 퍼플루오로옥탄산암모늄인 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말의 제법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌이 테트라플루오로에틸렌 99 ∼ 99.999 몰% 와[화학식 I]CF2= CF - ORf[식중, Rf는 탄소수 1 ∼ 10 의 퍼플루오로알킬기, 탄소수 4 ∼ 9 의 퍼플루오로(알콕시알킬) 기, 화학식 (Ⅱ) :[화학식 Ⅱ](식중, m 은 0 또는 1 ∼ 4 의 정수이다) 로 표시되는 유기기 또는 식 (Ⅲ) :[화학식 Ⅲ](식중, n 은 1 ∼ 4 의 정수이다) 로 표시되는 유기기를 나타낸다] 로 표시되는 퍼플루오로비닐에테르 1 ∼ 0.001 몰% 를 공중합하여 얻어지는 변성 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말의 제법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제법에 의해 얻어지는 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말로서, 상기 조립분말의 겉보기 밀도가 0.60 g/㎖ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 조립분말의 유동도가 6 회 이상인 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 조립분말 중의 입자의 평균입경이 400 ∼ 1,000 ㎛ 인 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 조립분말의 대전량이 50 V 이하인 필러 충전 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 성형용 조립분말.
