Claims (9)
- 수지로서 일체로 성형된 도광판에 있어서,외광을 받아들이는 외광 도입부와,상기 외광 도입부로부터 받아들인 외광을 출사하는 광 출사면을 구비하고,상기 광 출사면에는 복수의 오목 또는 볼록 형상의 렌티큘러(lenticular) 단위 렌즈로 이루어지는 제1 렌즈부가 형성되며,상기 제1 렌즈부의 복수의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈는, 그들의 능선 방향이 서로 거의 평행하게 배열되어 있으며 동시에, 상기 외광 도입부의 길이 방향과 거의 직행하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 도광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 렌즈부의 복수의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈의 꼭대기부(頂部)의 각도가 125도 내지 165도인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 렌즈부의 복수의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈의 꼭대기부의 각도가 150도 전후인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광 출사면에 대향하는 광 반사면에, 상기 도광판과 동일 수지로서 성형된 복수의 오목 또는 볼록 형상의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈로 이루어지는 제2 렌즈부를 구비하고,상기 제2 렌즈부의 복수의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈는 그들의 능선 방향이 서로 거의 평행하게 배열되어 있으며, 동시에 상기 제1 렌즈부의 복수의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈의 능선 방향과 거의 직행하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 도광판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 렌즈부의 복수의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈의 꼭대기부의 각도가 125도 내지 165도인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 렌즈부의 복수의 렌티큘러 단위 렌즈의 꼭대기부의 각도가 150도 전후인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항 기재의 도광판과,상기 도광판의 외광 도입부, 상기 광 출사면 및 상기 광 반사면 이외의 적어도 한면에 설치된 광원을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항 기재의 도광판 또는 제7항 기재의 면광원 중 어느 하나와,상기 도광판의 광 출사면에 근접하여 설치된 액정 패널을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항에 기재된 도광판의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 도광판을 금형으로 성형하는 공정을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 도광판의 제조 방법.
