Description

조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브
본 발명은 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브에 관한 것이다.
계량밸브는 일반적으로 전자석의 아마추어에 의해 제어되며, 분사기 본체에 결합된다. 전자석의 철심방향으로의 아마추어의 이동 및 승강은 분사기의 연료공급에 영향을 미치며, 전자석에 전원이 차단되었을 때, 아마추어와 철심 사이의 간극이 밸브의 응답에 영향을 미치므로 이동 및 간극은 정확하게 조절되어야 한다.
아마추어가 멈춤플랜지(Stop Flange)를 구비한 슬리브에 의해 안내되는 스템과 연결되어 있는 다양한 종류의 계량밸브가 공지되어 있으며, 아마추어의 이동은 슬리브의 연부에 대하여 구속된 플랜지에 의해 제한된다. 공지된 계량밸브중의 하나에서는, 슬리브가 시임의 개재를 통해 분사기 내부에 결합되어 있고, 전자석은 스커트와 제2 시임의 개재를 통해 분사기 본체에 결합되어 있다. 공지된 계량밸브중의 다른 하나에서는, 안내슬리브(Guide Sleeve)의 플랜지가 두세트의 시임(Two Sets of Shims)의 개재를 통해 슬리브의 어깨부와 전자석 스커트의 연부(Edge) 사이에 결합되어 있다.

계량밸브(24)는, 전체가 참조번호 66으로 표시되며, 번갈아서, 아마추어(27)의 스템(48)이 슬라이딩되는 슬리브(67)를 구비한 안내부재를 갖는다. 계량밸브(24)는 또한, 아마추어(27)를 구속하는 부재를 포함하고 있으며, 아마추어(27)는, 스템(48)의 플랜지(45)에 의해 제한된 어깨부가 구속되어 있는 슬리브(67)의 저단부(Bottom Edge,71)에 의해 제한된다. 안내부재(66) 역시 토출도관(43)과 토출피팅(32)을 연결하는 홀(75)을 가진 플랜지(73)를 구비하며, 스프링(53)을 극복하는 스프링(80)은 아마추어(27)의 디스크(37)와 플랜지(73) 사이에 제공된다.

    상기 플랜지(73)는, 상기 중공본체의 상기 어깨부(74)에 대해 일군의 두께기준으로부터 선택할 수 있는 두께의 스페이서 와셔(76,100)의 개재를 통해 상기 이동의 사전조정이 효력을 발생하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 스페이서 와셔(76)는 비교적 탄성물질로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 체결토오크는 상기 스페이서 와셔(76)를 탄성적으로 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 스페이서 와셔(100)는 강성물질로 형성되어 있고, 상기 스커트(90)의 내경에 비해 더 작은 외경을 가지며, 상기 스커트(90)는 상기 플랜지(73)의 돌출된 고리형상의 포션(101)에 영향을 미치며, 상기 체결토오크는 상기 환상의 포션(101)을 탄성적으로 휘는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
  9. 첨부도면을 참조하여 도시 및 설명한 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
