Claims (9)
- 분사기(11)의 중공본체(12)에 결합되어 있고 전자석(26)의 아마추어(27)에 의해 제어되며, 상기 전자석(26)을 향한 상기 아마추어(27)의 이동이 상기 중공본체(12)에 결합된 멈춤부재(71)에 의해 구속되는, 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브에 있어서,상기 멈춤부재(71)는 상기 중공본체(12)의 나사부(64)에 스크루결합되는 보정된 체결토오크로 나사부재(96)에 의해 고정되어 상기 체결토오크에 의해 상기 전자석(26)을 향한 상기 아마추어(27)의 이동량을 조정하며; 상기 나사부(64)는 상기 중공본체(12)의 외측에 있으며; 상기 나사부재(96)는 상기 중공본체(12)의 외부로부터 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 나사부재(96)는, 조임부재(90)에 의해서 상기 멈춤부재(71)에 작용하여 상기 전자석(26)을 상기 중공본체(12)에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 계량밸브의 밸브본체(33)는 링너트(36)에 의해 상기 중공본체(12)에 결합되어 있으며, 상기 멈춤부재(71)는 상기 아마추어(27)를 안내하기 위한 안내부재(66)에 의해 수반되어 있고; 상기 안내부재(66)는 상기 중공본체(12)의 어깨부(74)에 대하여 작용하는 플랜지(73)를 가지며; 상기 나사부재는 상기 조임부재(90)에 작용하는 또 다른 링너트(96)에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전자석(26)은 고리형상의 철심(28)을 가지며, 상기 조임부재는 상기 전자석(26)의 스커트(90)이고, 상기 스커트(90)는 상기 철심(28)을 지지하는 어깨부(91)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 아마추어(27)는 자성적으로 상기 철심(28)과 협동하는 디스크(37)를 가지며, 상기 디스크(37)는 상기 안내부재(66)의 슬리브(67)내에 슬라이딩되는 스템(48)과 연결되어 있으며, 상기 멈춤부재는 상기 슬리브(67)의 연부이며, 상기 스템(48)의 어깨부(45)에 구속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
- 제 3항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 플랜지(73)는, 상기 중공본체의 상기 어깨부(74)에 대해 일군의 두께기준으로부터 선택할 수 있는 두께의 스페이서 와셔(76,100)의 개재를 통해 상기 이동의 사전조정이 효력을 발생하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 스페이서 와셔(76)는 비교적 탄성물질로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 체결토오크는 상기 스페이서 와셔(76)를 탄성적으로 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 스페이서 와셔(100)는 강성물질로 형성되어 있고, 상기 스커트(90)의 내경에 비해 더 작은 외경을 가지며, 상기 스커트(90)는 상기 플랜지(73)의 돌출된 고리형상의 포션(101)에 영향을 미치며, 상기 체결토오크는 상기 환상의 포션(101)을 탄성적으로 휘는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
- 첨부도면을 참조하여 도시 및 설명한 조절가능한 내연기관 연료분사기용 계량밸브.
