Abstract

La valvola comprende un otturatore (67) per un condotto di scarico (63) di una camera di controllo (61) dell'iniettore, ed un elettromagnete (42) avente un nucleo fisso (46) con una sede (48) per una bobina (47), la quale viene eccitata per azionare un'ancora (43) di controllo dell'otturatore (67). Il nucleo (46) è munito di due espansori polari (72, 73), anulari e coassiali, di cui quello esterno (72) presenta una lunghezza minore di quello interno (73). Sull'espansione polare (72) è fissato un anello (76) di materiale magnetico, che chiude parzialmente la sede (48), consentendo una sostanziale riduzione del diametro dell'ancora (43). Questa, assieme ad una molla di richiamo (89), viene montata su un piatto (84) avente un manicotto (83) di guida del gambo (69). Questo gruppo viene montato nel corpo (6) dell'iniettore, indipendentemente dall'elettromagnete (42), mediante una ghiera (82) di diametro maggiore del diametro dell'ancora (43), avvitata in una sede (93) interna del corpo (6).(Figura 2).
