Claims (4)
- 미생물 증식용 반응기에 폭기조의 폭기액을 투입하고;상기 반응기에 배양물질을 첨가하여 배양함으로써 미생물을 증식시키는;공정을 포함하는 오·폐수처리용 미생물 처리제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 배양물질은 펩톤 0.05~3중량%, 이스트 추출액 0.01~2중량%, 포도당 0~2중량%, KH2PO40~2중량%, K2HPO40~1중량%, 황산마그네슘 0.001~0.1중량% 및 염화철 0.0001~0.5중량%을 포함하는 오·폐수처리용 미생물처리제 제조방법.
- 오·폐수를 유입시켜 침전하기 쉬운 부유물을 제거하는 원폐수저조와;원폐수저조와 연결되어 있어서 상기 부유물을 제거한 오·폐수를 도입하고 호기성 미생물을 폭기시켜 오·폐수 중의 유가물을 산화분해시키는 폭기조와;상기 폭기조와 연결되어 있어서 상기 폭기조의 혼합액을 도입하고 플록상의 활성오니를 침강분리시키는 침전조를; 포함하는 생물학적 오·폐수 처리장치에 있어서, 상기 폭기조의 폭기액을 투입하고 배양물질을 첨가하여 상기 미생물을 증식시켜 미생물 처리제를 제조하고 상기 미생물 처리제를 상기 폭기조로 투입하는 미생물 배양용 반응기를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 오·폐수 처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 배양물질은 펩톤 0.05~3중량%, 이스트 추출액 0.01~2중량%, 포도당 0~2중량%, KH2PO40~2중량%, K2HPO40~1중량%, 황산마그네슘 0.001~0.1중량% 및 염화철 0.0001~0.5중량%을 포함하는 생물학적 오·폐수처리 장치.
