Claims (5)
- 실을 더하여 꼬는 스핀들장치의 스핀들구동계와, 꼬여진 실을 감는 당겨감기 패키지를 회전하는 드럼구동계와, 당겨감기 패키지에 감겨지는 꼬여진 실을 트래버스하는 트래버스장치의 트래버스구동계를 구비하고, 스핀들구동계와 드럼구동계 및 트래버스구동계는 공통된 구동원에 의하여 구동되는 것이고, 드럼구동계와 트래버스구동계는 트래버스장치의 트래버스속도를 가변으로 하여 디스타프(distaff)를 실시하는 무단변속장치를 개재하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중연사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 무단변속장치는 당겨감기 패키지의 당겨감는 양에 따라서 트래버스장치의 트래버스속도를 단계적으로 가속시켜, 가속후에 일정한 속도로 되는 시간대에서만 트래버스속도를 고속과 저속사이에서 연속적으로 가변하여 디스타프를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중연사기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 무단변속장치는 구동수단측 및 트래버스구동계의 각각에 연결된 한쌍의 풀리와 각 풀리에 감겨지는 무단벨트를 구비하고, 각 풀리는 무단벨트의 양측에 형성된 테이퍼면에 따르는 테이퍼면을 보유하고 서로 접합분리가 자유로운 2개의 테이퍼체로 이루어지고, 한쪽의 풀리에는 각 테이퍼체를 강제적으로 접합분리시키는 접합분리장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 다중연사기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 무단변속장치는 리버시블 모우터와, 트래버스속도를 검출하는 센서와, 콘트롤러를 구비하고, 그 콘트롤러는 검출된 트래버스속도에 따라서 리버시블 모우터의 정회전과 역회전을 전환하는 것에 의해서 디스타프를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중연사기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 무단변속장치는 리버시블 모우터와, 트래버스속도를 검출하는 센서와, 콘트롤러를 구비하고, 그 콘트롤러는 검출된 트래버스속도에 따라서 리버시블 모우터의 정회전과 역회전을 전환하는 것에 의해서 디스타프를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중연사기.
