Claims (19)
- 화학식 (Ia)-(Ie) 중의 어느 하나에 따른 화합물의 (+)- 또는 (-)- 거울상 이성질체가 우세한 거울상 이성질체가 다량인 제제를 상기 화합물의 라세미체를 선택적으로 침전시키는 용매로 처리하고, 그에 따라 침전되는 라세미체를 여과 제거한 후, 용매를 제거하여, 화학식 (Ia)-(Ie)에 따른 대응 화합물의 광학 순도가 향상된 단일 거울상 이성질체를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 (Ia)-(Ie)에 따른 화합물들 중 어느하나의 거울상 이성질체가 다량인 제제의 광학적 정제 방법.<화학식 Ia><화학식 Ib><화학식 Ic><화학식 Id><화학식 Ie>
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 (Ia)에 따른 화합물의 (-)-거울상 이성질체의 광학 순도가 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 (Ia)에 따른 화합물의 (+)-거울상 이성질체의 광학 순도가 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매를 증발시켜 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 거울상 이성질체가 다량인 제제를 유기 용매로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 거울상 이성질체가 다량인 제제를 유기 용매의 혼합물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 거울상 이성질체가 다량인 제제를 물 및 1종 이상의 유기 용매의 혼합물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 물 및 1종 이상의 유기 용매의 혼합물이 < 50% 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 아세톤, 아세토니트릴 또는 톨루엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제조되는 생성물이 (-)-5-메톡시-2-[[(4-메톡시-3,5-디메틸-2-피리딜)-메틸]술피닐]-1H-벤즈이미다졸인 방법.
