Claims (7)
- 쌍을 이루어 상기 연속주조 몰드의 외벽 위에 서로 간격을 두고 배열되고, 해당하는 위상을 가지는 교류 전원에 접속되어 회전 전자기장을 발생시키는 다수의 교반기요소들을 포함하는 전자기식 장치를 가지는, 특히 스틸을 주조하기 위한 고정된 연속주조 몰드에 있어서,상기 교반기요소들(21 ~ 24)은 최소한 두 쌍(21, 24 및 22, 23)을 포함하고, 각각의 쌍(21, 24 및 22, 23)의 교반기요소들은 서로 맞은편에 위치하여 한 평면에서 주조방향에 평행하게 X-형 각도로 비틀리며, 모든 쌍들(21, 24 및 22, 23)이 실질적으로 동일한 높이에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 몰드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 직사각형 횡단면을 가지는 고정된 연속주조 몰드에 있어서 상기 쌍들(21, 24 및 22, 23)의 교반기요소들은 서로 마주보고 상기 광면들(12) 위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 몰드.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 각각의 쌍(21, 24 및 22, 23)의 상기 교반기요소들이 전자식으로 직렬접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 몰드.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 직렬접속되는 교반기요소들(21, 24 및 22, 23)이 각각 90。 정도 위상변화되는 교류 전원에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 몰드.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교반기요소들(21, 24 및 22, 23)이 각각 서로 반대로 비틀려 배열되는 각도가 30。 내지 60。에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 몰드.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교반기요소들(21, 24 및 22, 23)이 강자성 U-형 코어를 가지는 코일들(25 ~ 28)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 몰드.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 쌍(21, 24 및 22, 23)의 교반기요소들을 작동중 미리 지정 가능하게 서로 반대로 비틀 수 있는 액츄에이터가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 몰드.
