- 광학특성이 가역적으로 변화하는 기록층과, 상기 기록층에 접하는 확산방지층을 포함하고, 상기 기록층이 적어도 Ge, Te 및 Sb의 3원소를 함유하고, 상기 3원소의 조성비가 GeTeSb 3원 조성도에 있어서,A(Ge50Te50)·B(Ge22.5Sb22.0Te55.5)·C(Ge17.0Sb41.5Te41.5)·D(Ge48.0Sb26.0Te26.0)·E(Ge65Te35)로 둘러싸여지는 범위내(다만, 각 원소기호의 뒤의 수치는 원자%를 표시한다.)에 있고, 상기 확산방지층이 산화물, 질화물, 질산화물, 탄화물 및 풀루오르화물에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 주성분으로 하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층의 막두께가 5nm이상 25nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 확산방지층에 접하는 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 확산방지층의 막두께가 1nm이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 정보 기록매체.

- 제6항에 있어서, Ge함유층에 있어서의 Ge와 X와의 조성비가 Ge1-kXk(다만, 0≤k≤0.5)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, X는 Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Zr, Nb, Mo, Pd, Ag, Cd, Hf, Ta, W, Fe, Co, Ni, Y, La 및 Au에서 선택되는 적어도 1개의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제9항에 있어서, X는 Cr, Mo, Mn, Co, Ni, 및 La에서 선택되는 적어도 1개의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층이 결정상태와 무정형상태간을 가역적으로 변화할 수 있는 층이고, 상기 결정상태일 때의 반사율이 상기 무정형 상태일 때의 반사율보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 광학특성이 가역적으로 변화하는 기록층을 막형성하는 공정과, 상기 기록층에 접하는 확산방지층을 막형성하는 공정을 포함하고, 상기 기록층을 적어도 Ge, Te 및 Sb의 3원소가 포함되며, 그 조성비가 GeTeSb 3원 조성도에 있어서,A(Ge50Te50)·B(Ge22.5Sb22.0Te55.5)·C(Ge17.0Sb41.5Te41.5)·D(Ge48.0Sb26.0Te26.0)·E(Ge65Te35)의 범위내(다만, 각 원소기호뒤의 수치는 원자%를 표시한다.)에 있는 타겟을 이용한 스퍼터링에 의해 막형성하고, 상기 확산방지층을 산화물, 질화물, 질산화물, 탄화물 및 풀루오르화물에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 주성분으로 포함하는 층으로써 막형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기록층을 희소가스와 질소를 포함하는 혼합가스 안에서 막형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체의 제조방법.
- 광학특성이 가역적으로 변화하는 기록층과, 상기 기록층에 접하는 확산방지층을 포함하고, 상기 기록층이 적어도 Ge, Te 및 Sb의 3원소를 함유하며, 상기 3원소의 조성비가 GeTeSb 3원 조성도에서,A(Ge50Te50)·B(Ge22.5Sb22.0Te55.5)·C(Ge17.0Sb41.5Te41.5)·D(Ge48.0Sb26.0Te26.0)·E(Ge65Te35)로 둘러싸인 범위내(다만, 각 원소기호뒤의 수치는 원자%를 표시한다.)에 있고, 상기 확산방지층이 산화물, 질화물, 질산화물, 탄화물 및 풀루오르화물에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 주성분으로 하여 포함하는 광학정보 기록매체를 이용한 정보의 기록재생방법에 있어서,광학계에 의해 미소 스팟으로 좁혀진 레이저광의 조사에 의해 기록층중의 극소적인 일부분이 무정형 상태로 가역적으로 변화할 수 있는 무정형 상태 생성 파워 레벨을 P1, 상기 레이저광의 조사에 의해 결정상태로 가역적으로 변화할 수 있는 결정상태 생성 파워 레벨을 P2, 상기 P1, P2의 어느 파워 레벨보다 낮고, 상기 레이저광의 조사에 의해 상기 기록층의 광학적 상태가 영향을 받지않으며, 또한 그 주사에 의해 기록의 재생으로 충분한 반사가 얻어지는 재생 파워 레벨을 P3로 했을 때, 상기 레이저광의 파워를 P1과 P2의 사이에서 변동시킴으로써, 정보의 기록 소거 또는 덮어쓰기 기록을 행하여, 파워 레벨P3의 레이저광을 조사함으로써 정보의 재생을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록재생방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 레이저광의 파장이 680nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록재생방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 레이저광 조사의 선속도를 8m/s이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록재생방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 광학정보 기록매체가 레이저광을 주사하기 위한 안내홈을 가지고, 상기 레이저광에 의해 기록되는 기록 마크의 상기 안내홈을 따른 방향의 최단 비트길이를 0.40㎛/비트 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록재생방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 광학정보 기록매체가 레이저광을 주사하기 위한 안내홈을 가지고, 상기 안내홈과 상기 안내홈간의 랜드부와의 양쪽에 기록 마크를 형성하고, 상기 안내홈에 수직인 방향에서의 상기 안내홈과 상기 랜드부와의 폭의 합의 평균을 1.40㎛이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록재생방법.
