Claims (6)
- 지지필름(3)에 이형박리층(1), 점착층(2) 및 안티포그층(4)을 형성시켜 솔라컨트롤 필름의 제조시, 안티포그층(4) 형성방법으로 친수성 고분자 물질 또는 발수성 고분자 물질을 지지필름에 도포하거나 친수성 물질이나 발수성 물질을 고분자 바인더에 분산시켜 도포하여 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔라컨트롤 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지필름은 폴리에스테르 필름임을 특징으로 하는 솔라컨트롤 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이형박리층은 실리콘을 필름에 도포한 실리콘 이형필름임을 특징으로 하는 솔라컨트롤 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 점착층은 아크릴계, 우레탄계, 에폭시계 또는 비닐계 수지 중에서 선택되는 점착부여수지에 염료 및 자외선 흡수제를 배합한 점착제를 사용하여 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 솔라컨트롤 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 친수성 고분자 물질은 아크릴계 수지임을 특징으로 하는 솔라컨트롤 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 염료는 용제 가용성인 것으로 내광성이 우수한 1:2 금속착염염료임을 특징으로 하는 솔라컨트롤 필름의 제조방법.
