Claims (9)
- 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 비닐 아세테이트 55 중량% 내지 80 중량%, 에틸렌 15 중량% 내지 45 중량%, 및 1종 이상의 추가의 에틸렌계 불포화 공중합성 단량체 0 중량% 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 수성 유화 중합체 접착제로서, 상기 접착제의 주조 성형 필름의 인장 저장 모듈러스가 시험 진동수 6.28 rad/sec하에 23 ℃에서 1×105dyne/cm2와 2×107dyne/cm2, 그리고 70 ℃에서 1×103dyne/cm2와 2×106dyne/cm2의 데이타 점들로 둘러싸인 면적 내에 존재하는 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 아세테이트 60 중량% 내지 75 중량%, 에틸렌 20 중량% 내지 40 중량%, 및 1종 이상의 추가의 에틸렌계 불포화 공중합성 단량체 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%를 포함하며, 접착제의 인장 저장 모듈러스가 23 ℃에서 1×106dyne/cm2와 1.5×107dyne/cm2, 그리고 70 ℃에서 3×104dyne/cm2와 9×105dyne/cm2의 데이타 점들로 둘러싸인 면적 내에 존재하는 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 추가의 에틸렌계 불포화 공중합성 단량체가 카르복실 함유 화합물인 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 비닐 아세테이트 단량체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 폴리비닐 알콜 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%과 계면 활성제 1 중량% 내지 4 중량%를 포함하는 안정화 시스템의 존재 하에서 수성 유화 중합에 의하여 제조된 것인 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알콜이 50 내지 3000 범위의 중합도를 갖고, 75 몰% 내지 99 몰% 이상 가수 분해된 것이며, 상기 계면 활성제가 폴리알콕실화된 화합물인 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알콜이 100 내지 1500 범위의 중합도를 갖고, 85 몰% 내지 90 몰% 가수 분해된 것이며, 상기 폴리알콕실화된 화합물이 탄소 원자 수가 약 7개 내지 약 18 개인 알킬 기와 약 4 내지 약 100 개의 에틸렌옥시 단위를 함유하는 알킬페녹시-폴리(에틸렌옥시)에탄올인 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알콜이 200 내지 1000의 중합도를 갖고, 87 몰% 내지 89 몰% 가수 분해된 것이며, 상기 폴리알콕실화된 화합물이 노닐페놀에톡실레이트인 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 수성 유화 중합시키는 동안 사슬 전이제가 첨가된 것인 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 사슬 전이제가 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.0 2 중량% 내지 2 중량%의 농도로 첨가된 것인 수성 유화 중합체 접착제.
