Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 동작이 연결되고, 에어덕트를 열고 닫도록 바람직하게는 수동식 조정부재(element)를 작동함으로서 운동될 수 있는 다수의 박판들을 갖추고, 상기 박판들은 조정부재를 조작함으로서 운동될 수 있는 안내홈에 맞물리는 돌기(cog)를 통하여 상기 조정부재와 조작가능한 연결상태에 있음으로써, 에어흐름을 제어하기 위한 환기장치용, 특히 자동차를 환기하기 위한 박판시스템에 있어서,상기 안내홈(5)은 상기 조정부재(11)로서 운동될 수 있는 록킹레버(4)에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 록킹레버(4)에 배치된 돌출하는 돌기(10)로서 맞물리는 제 2 안내홈(12)이 상기 조정부재(11)에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 2항에 있어서, 수동으로 조작되는 조정부재는 회전휠(11), 록킹레버 또는 슬라이드(slide)임을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 1항에 있어서, 선회아암레버 또는 슬라이드로서 구성되는 상기 조정부재는, 상기 록킹레버의 신장부상에 배치되고, 그 록킹레버에 견고하게 연결되며, 바람직하게는 하나의 부재로서 이루어 짐을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 록킹레버(4)의 운동은, 박판들이 닫힌 위치로 부터, 또는 닫힌위치를 향하여 운동될 때, 에어댐퍼(9)가 열리고 또는 닫히는 것과 같은 방법으로 박판들(1)에서부터 에어덕트 상류측에 피봇 가능하게 배치되는 에어댐퍼(9)와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 운동은, 조정부재(11)가 첫 번째 거리만큼 운동될 때, 상기 에어댐퍼(9)가 완전하게 열리고, 상기 조정부재(11)가 박판들(1)을 더욱 운동시키기 위하여 더 이동될 때 상기 에어댐퍼(9)는 열림 위치로 유지되는 것과 같은 방법으로, 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 에어댐퍼(9)에 연결된 돌기(8)에 의해 맞물리는 제 3 안내홈(7)은, 상기 록킹레버(4)에 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 6항 및 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 안내홈(7)은, L자로 형성된 형태로 이루어 지고, 제 1 섹션부와 제 2 섹션부를 구비하며, 상기 에어댐퍼(9)의 선회축에 대해 편심을 유지하면서 상기 에어댐퍼(9)의 록킹레버(16)에 배치되는 상기 돌기(8)는, 상기 제 1 섹션부내에서 안내되고, 에어댐퍼(9)의 열림 작동중에 후속적으로 상기 제 2 섹션부에 안내됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 6항 및 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 록킹레버(4)는 반드시 중심으로 진행하는 선회축(6)을 중심으로 운동될 수 있고, 상기 제 1 및/또는 제 3 안내홈(5)(7)은 상기 록킹레버(4)의 각 단부에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 박판들(1)과 조정부재(11)와 록킹레버(4) 및, 또한 임의의 에어댐퍼(9)는, 에어덕트를 형성하는 공통의 하우징(15)에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 조정부재의 선회하는 회전축 특히, 상기 하우징(15)에 고정되는 회전휠(11)의 회전축(14)이 통과하는 오목부 또는 개구(13)가 상기 록킹레버(4)에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 1항 또는 제 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 조정부재(11)는 투명물질 특히, 플라스틱으로 전체 또는 부분적으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
- 제 12항에 있어서, 회전휠(11)로서 구성되는 상기 조정부재는, 상기 록킹레버(4)를 마주하는 측면에 조명장치를 수용하기 위하여 형성되는 오목부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 박판시스템
