Claims (3)
- 외부셸에서 외측으로 연장하는 모터의 출력축의 축단부에 날개바퀴를 장착한 송풍기로서,상기 모터의 외부셸에서 연장하는 출력축의 돌출량을 크게 하고 이 출력축을 관통해서 상기 모터의 외부셸의 측면에 대향하는 부착판을 마련하고, 이 부착판과 상기 모터 사이에 송풍기의 운전에 필요한 전장부품 등을 집약해서 배치하는 부품수납공간을 구성한 송풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터는 제2 출력축을 갖고, 제2 출력축은 상기 제1 출력축이 돌출하는 외부셸의 측면과는 반대측의 측면에서 돌출하고 제2 출력축은 축단부에 날개바퀴를 장착하고 여러개의 팬케이싱이 각 날개바퀴를 둘러싸고 요동해서 풍향을 변경하도록 되어 있고 적어도 제1 출력축이 증대된 돌출량을 갖고, 상기 전장부품에는 팬케이싱을 요동시키는 모터가 포함되는 송풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서,날개바퀴를 둘러싸는 케이싱을 구비하고,이 케이싱은 케이싱내에서 회전하는 날개바퀴의 외주의 일부에서 반경방향으로 그 날개바퀴내로 공기를 흡입하고 나머지의 외주부분을 통해 반경방향으로 밖으로 취출하는 케이싱으로서, 대략 원반형상의 측면부의 둘레가장자리에 대략 원통형을 이루는 플랜지를 축선방향의 외측에 형성한 2개의 측판 및 이들 측판 사이에 삽입해서 고정되고 이 각 측판을 대향시킨 상태로 소정의 간격을 두고 이반시킴과 동시에 상기 날개바퀴의 외주에 근접해서 풍향을 변경하는 가이드판을 구비한 구성이고, 그 가이드판의 상기 측판측의 각 끝부에 각 측판의 상기 측면부의 외주부에 맞닿는 인접면, 상기 플랜지의 외주부에 맞닿는 인접면 및 상기 플랜지의 자유단에 맞닿는 구부러짐부로 이루어지는 코킹구조를 마련하고, 상기 각 측판의 플랜지를 이 코킹구조와 끼워 맞추고 상기 구부러짐부를 구부려 넣어 상기 플랜지를 둘러싸도록 코킹부착해서 상기 가이드판을 상기 측판에 고정시킨 송풍기.
