Claims (6)
- 폴리에스테르 수지를 2개 이상의 방사구금으로 단사섬도 2.0∼4.0데니어가 되도록 2,500∼4,000m/분의 속도로 각각 용융방사하고, 계속해서 냉각 및 고화시켜 2개 이상의 미연신사를 제조하고, 제조된 미연신사들을 합사하고, 연신후 원사의 절단신도가 10∼15%가 되도록 연신하고, 160∼220℃에서 열고정한 후 권취함을 특징으로 하는 열치수 안정성 및 강도이용율이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지는 90몰% 이상의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열치수 안정성 및 강도이용율이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지의 점도가 0.9dℓ/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열치수 안정성 및 강도이용율이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 2 이상의 미연신사를 합사한 후 연신하기 전에 비수유제를 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열치수 안정성 및 강도이용율이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 단사섬도 2.0∼4.0데니어의 섬유를 갖고 다음의 특성을 만족하는 열치수 안정성 및 강도이용율이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사.(ⅰ) 필라멘트 중심부와 표면의 복굴절차 3.0% 이하(ⅱ) 섬유축 결정 길이/수직축 결정 길이의 비 2.0 이하(ⅲ) 섬유축 결정 길이 75Å 이하(ⅳ) 장주기/섬유축 결정 길이의 비 2.0 이하
- 단사섬도 2.0∼4.0데니어의 섬도를 갖고 다음의 특성을 만족하는 열치수 안정성 및 강도이용율이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필라멘트사.(ⅰ) 인장강도 8.0g/d 이상(ⅱ) 건열수축율 3.0% 이하(ⅲ) 절단신도 10∼15%(ⅳ) 필라멘트 단면적 변동비(CV%) 7.0% 이하
