Claims (15)
- 블록 (코)폴리에스테르 아미드들이 두개의 결정상을 형성하며, 세그멘트들로서(A) 적어도 1000g/mole의 균일한 수의 평균분자량을 가지는 적어도 하나의 폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드 블록과,(B) 적어도 1000g/mole의 균일한 수의 평균분자량을 가지는 적어도 하나의 방향족 폴리에스테르 및/또는 코폴리에스테르 블록과,(C) 일반구조식HO-R-OH{식중 R은 지방족 또는 부분적으로 방향족 (코)폴리에스테르들, 지방족 폴리에테르들, 지방족 (코)폴리에스테르 아미드들, 폴리카르보네이트들 또는 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소들} 의 적어도 하나의 또다른 디올 성분, 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는, 카르복실-종결된 또는 히드록시카르복실-종결된 폴리아미드 예비축합물들 및 히드록실-종결된 또는 히드록시카르복실-종결된 폴리에스테르 세그멘트들의 직접 에스테르화에 의하여 제조되고, 부분적으로 결정질이며, 고-분자 블록 (코)폴리에스테르 아미드들을 각각 기초로하는 접착제 및 양립성제재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드 블록들 (A)는 락탐, 6 또는 12 탄소원자를 가지는 α,ω -아미노카르복실산들 및 2 - 44 탄소원자를 가지는 디카르복실산들, 2 내지 12 탄소원자를 가지는 디카르복실산들 및 바람직하기로는 36 및 44 탄소원자를 가지는 디카르복실산들로 구성된 기로부터 선택된 모노머들로부터 합성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드 블록들은 2 내지 12 탄소원자를 가지는 지방족 디카르복실산들, 6 내지 14 탄소원자를 가지는 방향족 디카르복실산들 및 2 내지 12 탄소원자를 가지는 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 디아민들로 구성된 기로부터 선택된 모노머들로부터 합성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 하나에 있어서,폴리아미드 블록(A)는 락탐-12를 기초로하는 락탐 함유 폴리아미드들인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르 블록들 (B)는 방향족 디카르복실산들 및 디카르복실산 디에스테르들, 특히 각각 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산과 2,6-나프탈렌 디카르복실산 및 그의 디메틸 에스테르들, 그리고 2 내지 12 탄소원자를 가지는 디올들의 기, 특히 에틸렌 글리콜, 부탄디올, 헥산디올 및 시클로헥산 디메타놀로 구성된 기로부터 선택된, 모노머들로부터 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,폴리에스테르 불록 (B)는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 기초로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 선행 청구항들중의 임의의 하나에 있어서,폴리아미드 블록 (A)는 PA 12를 기초로 하고 폴리에스테르 블록 (B)는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 기초로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 선행 청구항들중의 임의의 하나에 있어서,적어도 500g/mole의 수의 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리에스테르 디올들, 특히 C2-C6디올들 또는 폴리카프로락톤 디올들 또는 폴리알킬렌 디메레이트들을 기초로하는 폴리알킬렌 아디페이트들이 디올 성분 (C)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 선행 청구항들중의 임의의 하나에 있어서,500g/mole의 수의 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리에테르 디올들, 특히 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜) 및 폴리테트라히드로프란이 디올 성분 (C)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- 선행 청구항중 어느 하나에 있어서,사용된 디올 성분은 디메르 디올인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
- (A) 제1 중합 또는 중축합 단계에서, 폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드 블록들은 규정된 수의 평균 분자량 및 규정된 말단 기 기능성 및 농도까지 합성되고, 이 처리 단계는 진공상에 의하여 결정되고, 그 다음에(B) 폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르 블록들은 전체 디올 성분 및 디올 성분의 일부와 더불어 고체물질 또는 용융물로서, 규정된 분자량 및 규정된 말단기 기능성 및 농도를 가지는 예비중합화된 사슬 유닛들로서 첨가되며, 그리고(C) 고-분자 블록 (코)폴리에스테르 아미드를 형성하기 위하여 또다른 중축합 단계에서 촉매의 존재속의 진공에서 완전히 축합되고,(D) 배출되거나 또는 성형된 물건들로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 하나에 의한 접착제 성형화합물들의 제조방법.
- 화이버, 시트 또는 필름 및 성형물들의 제조를 위한 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항에 의한 블록 폴리에스테르 아미드 성형 화합물들의 용도.
- (코)폴리아미드 및 (코)폴리에스테르를 기초로한 동시압출물들에서 접착제 또는 양립성제제로서 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항에 의한 블록 폴리에스테르 아미드 성형 화합물들의 용도.
- 적어도 단면에 있어서 선택적으로 주름잡혀있고 (코)폴리아미드 및 (코)폴리에스테르를 기초로한 적어도 하나의 내층과 외층으로 구성되고, 내외층은 청구범위제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 하나에 의한 접착제 성형 화합물을 기초로한 적어도 하나의 중간층에 의하여 서로 마찰적으로 결착되고, 적어도 하나의 중간층은 추가적으로 장벽기능을 가질 수 있는 복합 폴리머 호스 파이프 또는 튜브.
- a) (코)폴리아미드를 기초로한 성형물의 적어도 하나의 층과,b) (코)폴리에스테를 기초로 한 성형물의 적어도 하나의 층 및,c) 청구범위 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항에 따른 접착제 성형물을 기초로 한 중간층으로 된 적어도 하나의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층 또는 복합 구조물.
