Claims (10)
- 섬유 구조물을 액체 암모니아로 처리하는 단계, 및섬유 구조물을 장력하 또는 무장력하에서 열수 또는 가성 알칼리로 처리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스계 섬유함유 구조물의 방축가공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열수처리는 100 내지 150℃ 온도의 열수에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가성 알칼리처리는 -10℃ 내지 150℃ 온도에서 0.1 내지 40중량%의 가성 알칼리농도를 갖는 가성 알칼리수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가성 알칼리처리는 90℃ 내지 150℃ 온도에서 0.1 내지 10중량%의 가성 알칼리농도를 갖는 가성 알칼리수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가성 알칼리처리는 -10℃ 내지 90℃ 온도에서 10 내지 40중량%의 가성 알칼리농도를 갖는 가성 알칼리수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰로스계 섬유함유 구조물은 천연 셀룰로스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰로스계 섬유함유 구조물은 재생 셀룰로스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 섬유 구조물을 액체 암모니아로 처리하는 단계,섬유 구조물을 장력하 또는 무장력하에서 열수 또는 가성 알칼리로 처리하는 단계, 및섬유 구조물을 수지로 가공하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스계 섬유함유 구조물의 방축가공방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 수지가공은 셀룰로스 반응형 N-메틸올 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 수지가공은 포름알데히드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
