Claims (16)
- 적어도 일 말단에 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 변성 중합 개시제 유래 작용기를 포함하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체:

상기 화학식 1에서,
M은 Li이고,
R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬실릴기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기이고, 상기 R1 및 R2는 서로 결합하여 지방족 고리를 형성할 수 있으며,
R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기이며,
R5는 수소이다.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체는 공액디엔계 단량체의 단독 중합체; 또는 공액디엔계 단량체와 방향족 비닐계 단량체의 공중합체;의 변성 중합체인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체는 상기 변성 중합 개시제 유래 작용기가 결합되지 않은 중합체의 타 말단에 변성제 유래 작용기를 더 포함하는 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 변성제는 알콕시실란기, 아자시클로프로판기, 케톤기, 카르복실기, 티오카르복실기, 탄산염, 카르복시산 무수물, 카르복시산 금속염, 산할로겐화물, 우레아기, 티오우레아기, 아미드기, 티오아미드기, 이소시아네이트기, 티오이소시아네이트기, 할로겐화 이소시아노기, 에폭시기, 티오에톡시기, 이민기 및 Y-Z결합기(단, 여기에서 Y는 Sn, Si, Ge 또는 P이고, Z는 할로겐기다) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 작용기를 포함하는 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중합체는 100,000 g/mol 내지 800,000 g/mol 의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중합체는 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 1.0 내지 3.0인 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 탄화수소 용매 중에서, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 변성 중합 개시제의 존재 하 공액디엔계 단량체, 또는 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 공액디엔계 단량체를 중합하여 적어도 일 말단에 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 유래 작용기가 결합된 활성 중합체를 제조하는 단계(단계 1)를 포함하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
M은 Li이고,
R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬실릴기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기이고, 상기 R1 및 R2는 서로 결합하여 지방족 고리를 형성할 수 있으며,
R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기이며,
R5는 수소이다.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 변성 중합 개시제는 단량체 총 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.05 내지 1.0 중량부로 사용하는 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 활성 중합체를 변성제와 반응시키는 단계(단계 2)를 더 포함하는 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 변성제는 상기 변성 중합 개시제 1몰 대비 0.1 몰 내지 5.0몰비로 사용하는 것인 변성 공액디엔계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 및 충진제를 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물은 상기 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 100 중량부에 대하여, 0.1 중량부 내지 200 중량부의 충진제를 포함하는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 충진제는 실리카계 충진제 또는 카본블랙계 충진제인 고무 조성물.
