Claims (12)
- 자동차 루프 패널에 장착되고, 본체 및 상기 본체의 내부에 일체로 형성된 중공 프로파일을 포함하는 루프 랙을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
인발 공법을 이용하여 수지 복합재를 포함하며, 내부에 길이방향으로 연장된 중공부를 가지며, 상기 자동차의 루프 패널과 마주하는 면에 적어도 하나 이상의 관통 공이 형성된 중공 프로파일을 제조하는 단계;
상기 중공부를 밀봉하도록, 상기 중공 프로파일의 길이 방향의 양 종단부에 캡을 장착하는 단계;
양 종단부에 캡이 장착된 중공 프로파일을 사출 금형에 인서트하는 단계; 및
상기 중공 프로파일을 둘러싸도록 사출물을 주입하여 상기 중공 프로파일이 내부에 일체로 형성된 본체를 인서트 사출하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 인서트 사출시, 상기 관통 공에는 상기 본체에 대한 상기 중공 프로파일의 위치를 정렬하기 위한 고정 부재가 삽입되는 루프 랙의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
인서트 사출하는 단계에서, 캡이 본체 내에 위치하도록 사출되는 루프 랙의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일을 제조하는 단계는,
수지 복합재를 가공하여 UD Tape를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 UD Tape를 인발 및 냉각 금형에 순차로 통과시켜 중공 프로파일을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 형성된 UD Tape를 정렬하는 단계; 및
정렬된 UD Tape를 예열하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 복합재는 열가소성 수지 및 섬유를 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 PE (Polyethylene), PA (Polyamide), PC (Polycarbonate), PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate), ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) 수지 및 이들의 혼합 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 섬유는 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 합성 섬유, 및 천연 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 수지 복합재는 섬유 5 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일을 제조하는 단계는, 자동차 루프 패널 측과 마주보는 중공 프로파일의 일면에 적어도 하나 이상의 관통 공을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일을 제조하는 단계는,
중공 프로파일의 길이 방향을 따라 내부 공간이 적어도 2 이상의 공간으로 구획되도록 적어도 하나 이상의 리브를 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 루프 랙의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 리브는 중공 프로파일의 길이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되고, 중공 프로파일의 폭 또는 높이 방향을 따라 중공 프로파일의 내부 공간을 가로질러 내주면에 연결되는 루프 랙의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 제조 방법으로부터 제조된 루프 랙.
