Abstract
본 발명의 슬라이딩 노즐용 플레이트의 제조 방법은, 전체를 100mass%로 했을 때에, 2∼23mass%의 Al4SiC4와, 2∼10mass%의 탄소 재료와, 잔부가 알루미나, 알루미나-지르코니아, 지르코니아 멀라이트, 마그네시아, 마그네시아-스피넬의 1종 이상과, 수분 함유량이 1% 이하인 페놀 레진을 혼합(S1∼S2)한 후, 150∼1400℃의 가열 온도에서 열 처리(S4, S5)하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 플레이트는, 이 제조 방법으로 제조하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 전체를 100mass%로 했을 때에, 2∼23mass%의 Al4SiC4와, 2∼10mass%의 탄소 재료와, 잔부가 알루미나, 알루미나-지르코니아, 지르코니아 멀라이트, 마그네시아, 마그네시아-스피넬의 1종 이상과, 수분 함유량이 1% 이하인 페놀 레진을 혼합한 후, 150∼1400℃의 가열 온도에서 열 처리하고,
상기 Al4SiC4는, S의 함유 비율이 100ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 노즐용 플레이트의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 Al4SiC4는, 평균 입경이 5㎛∼200㎛의 분말인 슬라이딩 노즐용 플레이트의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 페놀 레진은, 전체를 100mass%로 했을 때에, 1∼5mass%로 더해지는 슬라이딩 노즐용 플레이트의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 재료는, 비늘상 흑연, 인조 흑연, 피치 코크스, 카본 블랙의 1종 이상의 분말로 이루어지는 슬라이딩 노즐용 플레이트의 제조 방법.
