Abstract
Description
도 1은 GO의 Res-GAD 가교결합 및 PBO 섬유의 개질을 도시한다;
도 2는 UV 노출의 시간에 따른 다양한 PBO 섬유 코팅에 대한 Zylon® 단일 필라멘트의 백분율 단위의 강도 유지율을 도시한다;
도 3은 UV 노출의 시간에 따른 다양한 PBO 섬유 코팅에 대한 Zylon® 단일 필라멘트의 백분율 단위의 강도 유지율을 도시한다;
도 4는 UV 노출의 시간에 따라 측정된 PBO Zylon® 단일 필라멘트에 대한 Newton 단위의 저항력에 대한 실험값을 도시한다;
도 5는 도 4의 실험값을 도시하며, 여기서 고강도 노출 시간은 성층권의 UV 노출 예상 시간으로 전환되었다.
도 6은 오존 노출 시간에 따른 PBO Zylon® 단일 필라멘트의 강도를 도시한다.

Claims (8)
- UV-유발 분해에 대한 저항성이 증가된 PBO 섬유를 생산하는 방법으로, 상기 방법은 코팅을 PBO 섬유 상에 제공하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 코팅은 글루타르알데히드 및 레조르시놀과의 중합에 의해 가교결합된 그래핀 옥사이드를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅은 탈이온수에 분산되고 mM-비 1:2의 레조르시놀 및 글루타르알데히드로 처리된 GO를 포함하는, 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 코팅은 탈이온수에 분산되고 레조르시놀 11 mM 및 글루타르알데히드 22 mM을 포함하는 용액으로 처리된 GO를 포함하는, 방법. - 글루타르알데히드 및 레조르시놀로 가교결합된 그래핀 옥사이드로 코팅된 PBO 섬유.
- 보강 섬유층을 포함하는 라미네이트 재료로, 상기 보강 섬유층은 글루타르알데히드 및 레조르시놀로 가교결합된 그래핀 옥사이드로 코팅된 PBO 섬유를 포함하는, 라미네이트 재료.
