적재물을 하차시킬 수 있도록 적재함이 덤핑되는 화물자동차 리어범퍼 변형으로 인한 차량 파손 방지장치에 적용되고,
차체 후미 양측에 장착되는 고정부재;
상기 고정부재에 상단이 회동가능하게 연결되고, 상기 리어범퍼에 하단이 고정되는 회동부재;
상기 고정부재에 상기 회동부재를 회동가능하게 연결하는 고정핀에 장착되고, 상기 리어범퍼가 리어타이어로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 가압하는 것을 초기상태로 탄성지지하는 탄성부재;를 구비하는 화물자동차 리어범퍼 변형으로 인한 차량 파손 방지장치에 있어서:
상기 회동부재가 상기 고정부재에 대해 임의각도 이상 회동되는 것을 제한하기 위한 스토퍼;
엔지니어링플라스틱재, 고무재, 실리콘재 또는 우레탄재중 어느 하나로 형성되고, 상기 회동부재 일측에 회전자재토록 장착되며, 상기 리어범퍼에 외부압력이 가해질 경우 상기 리어타이어에 접촉되어 회전됨에 따라 전달되는 외부압력을 감쇄시키기 위한 아이들롤러;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물자동차 리어범퍼 변형으로 인한 차량 파손 방지장치.
