Claims (24)
- 식 (I)의 화합물, 및 그것의 개별적인 부분입체 이성질체 및 그것들의 라세미 혼합물, 및 그것의 분해된 거울상 이성질체, 및 그것들의 생리적으로 허용되는 염:

R은 -CH(R1)-COOH이고, 여기서

R3은 H이거나 메틸 및 에틸로부터 선택된 C1-C3 알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 식 (I)에서 n은 1이고 R3은 H인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 식 (I)에서 n은 1이고 R3은 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 화합물과 Fe2+, Fe3+, Cu2+, Cr3+, Gd3+, Eu3+, Dy3+, La3+, Yb3+ 및 Mn2+로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 2개의 상자성 금속 이온과의 킬레이트화된 착체, 및 이가 금속 이온(들)을 가지는 그것의 생리적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상자성 금속 이온은 Gd3+ 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 킬레이트화된 착체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 생리적으로 허용되는 염은 (i) 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속으로부터 선택된 무기 염기, (ii) 에탄올아민, 다이에탄올아민, 모르폴린, 글루카민, N-메틸글루카민, N,N-다이메틸글루카민으로부터 선택된 유기 염기 또는 (iii) 리신, 아르기닌 및 오르니틴으로부터 선택된 아미노산의 양이온과의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 생리적으로 허용되는 염은 (i) 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속으로부터 선택된 무기 염기, (ii) 에탄올아민, 다이에탄올아민, 모르폴린, 글루카민, N-메틸글루카민, N,N-다이메틸글루카민으로부터 선택된 유기 염기 또는 (iii) 리신, 아르기닌 및 오르니틴으로부터 선택된 아미노산의 양이온과의 염인 것을 특징으로 킬레이트화된 착체.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, MRI 조영제로서 사용하기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 킬레이트화된 착체.
- 제 17 항의 킬레이트화된 착체를 하나 이상의 제약학적으로 허용되는 담체, 희석제 또는 부형제와 조합하여 포함하는 제약학적 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다음 식의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물:
