Claims (5)
- UV레진으로 이루어지고 단일 또는 이중의 입체패턴부(121,122)를 구비하는 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)을 제조하는 이중패턴필름제조공정(S100), 상기 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)을 목적하는 피착물의 외형에 따라 재단하는 이중패턴필름재단공정(S200), 상기 재단된 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)을 피착물(10)의 표면에 일체로 결합하여 표면처리하는 이중패턴필름결합공정(S300)을 포함하는 유리섬유 강화 플라스틱 표면처리방법에 있어서,
상기 이중패턴필름결합공정(S300)에서 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)에 의해 표면처리되는 피착물(10)은 유리섬유 강화 플라스틱(GFRP) 제품이고,
상기 이중패턴필름결합공정(S300)은,
피착물(10)을 사출 성형 시 상기 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)을 인몰드 배치하여 결합하는 인몰드결합공정(S310), 또는
피착물(10)을 사출 후 상기 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)을 접합하는 접합결합공정(S320) 중에서 택일하도록 이루어지고,
상기 인몰드결합공정(S310)은,
피착물(10) 성형을 위한 금형(31,32) 내에서 피착 면에 대응하는 몰드 상에 이중패턴필름재단공정(S200)에 의해 재단된 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)을 위치하고 피착물(10)과 함께 사출하여 결합하는 인서트인몰드단계(S311)와,
무기재 이중패턴필름(100)이 일체로 결합되어 사출 형성된 피착물(10)을 UV 건조하여 표면을 경화하는 인몰드표면경화단계(S312)를 포함하고,
상기 접합결합공정(S320)은,
유리섬유 강화 플라스틱 제품 수지를 금형에 주입하고 목적하는 디자인으로 사출하는 제품사출단계(S321)와,
사출된 피착물(10)의 피착 면에 이중패턴필름재단공정(S200)에 의해 재단된 무기재 이중패턴필름(100)을 위치하고 핫멜트접착제 또는 UV접착제로 결합하는 이중패턴필름접합단계(S322)와,
무기재 이중패턴필름(100)이 일체로 결합된 피착물(10)을 UV 건조하여 표면을 경화하는 접합표면경화단계(S323)를 포함하고,
상기 이중패턴필름제조공정(S100)은,
UV레진으로 이루어진 이중패턴필름층(120)을 몰딩 성형하는 이중패턴필름형성단계(S110)와,
이중패턴필름형성단계(S110)에서 성형된 이중패턴필름층(120)의 일면에 증착층(130)을 적층하는 증착층형성단계(S120)와,
증착층형성단계(S120)에서 형성된 증착층(130)의 일면에 문자 또는 문양을 인쇄하는 인쇄층형성단계(S130)와,
인쇄층형성단계(S130)에서 형성된 인쇄층(140)의 일면에 차폐코팅층(150)을 코팅하여 투명 표면을 차폐하는 차폐코팅층형성단계(S140)를 포함하고,
상기 이중패턴필름형성단계(S110)에서는,
통상의 PET를 포함한 플라스틱 기재층 구조를 배제하고 이중패턴필름층(120)을 성형하고,
UV패턴몰드(21,22)에 의해 이중패턴필름층(120)에 단일 또는 이중 구조의 입체적 패턴 및 질감을 가지는 입체패턴부(121,122)를 형성하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 강화 플라스틱 표면처리방법. - 삭제

상기 이중패턴필름형성단계(S110)에서는,
이중패턴필름층(120)을 5 ~ 50㎛의 두께로 성형하고,
이중패턴필름층(120)의 입체패턴부(121,122)는 상이한 패턴을 형성하도록 성형하여 보는 각도에 따라서 다양한 입체감 표출이 가능하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 강화 플라스틱 표면처리방법. - 삭제
