상기 표면부는 상기 기재의 표면으로부터 상기 기재의 두께 방향으로 5㎚까지의 깊이 영역으로 정의되고,
상기 표면부의 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)는 상기 중앙부의 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)보다 크고,
상기 표면부는 상기 크롬 원자가 상기 철 원자보다 큰 영역 및 상기 철 원자가 상기 크롬 원자보다 큰 영역을 포함하고,
상기 크롬 원자가 상기 철 원자보다 큰 영역의 깊이는 상기 철 원자가 상기 크롬 원자보다 큰 영역의 깊이보다 크고,
상기 중앙부는 상기 철 원자가 상기 크롬 원자보다 큰 영역만을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 표면부는 상기 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)가 0.7 이상인 영역을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 표면부는 상기 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)가 1 이상인 영역을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 표면부는 상기 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)가 0.7 이상인 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 중앙부는 상기 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)가 0.3 내지 0.6인 영역을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 표면부에서 상기 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)는 상기 기재의 표면 방향으로 갈수록 커지는 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 기재는 상기 기재의 전체 조성에 대해 11 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 크롬을 포함하는 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 표면부의 크롬 원자는 크롬 산화물 상태로 포함되는 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 기재는 일 방향으로 구부러지는 폴딩 영역을 포함하고,
상기 폴딩 영역은 상기 표면부의 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)가 상기 중앙부의 철 원자에 대한 크롬 원자의 비(Cr/Fe)보다 큰 디스플레이용 기판. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 기재의 폴딩 영역에는 상기 패턴이 형성되는 디스플레이용 기판.
