Abstract
[해결 수단] 본 발명의 적층 필름(1)은, 기재 필름(5) 상에 액정 위상차층(3)을 갖는 위상차 필름(20)과, 이 액정 위상차층(5) 상에 박리 가능하게 접합된 보호 필름(7)을 구비하고, 이 액정 위상차층(3)은, 보호 필름(7)에 접하는 면의 산술 평균 기복값 Wa가 70 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 적층 필름으로부터 보호 필름을 박리하여 얻어지는 위상차 필름의 일례의 단면 구성을 모식적으로 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 적층 필름으로부터 얻어지는 편광판의 일례의 단면 구성을 모식적으로 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (5)
- 기재 필름 상에 액정 위상차층을 갖는 위상차 필름과,
상기 액정 위상차층 상에 박리 가능하게 접합된 보호 필름
을 구비한 적층 필름으로서,
상기 기재 필름은 수지 필름이고, λ/4판으로서 기능하며,
상기 액정 위상차층은, 포지티브 C 플레이트이고, 상기 보호 필름에 접하는 면의 산술 평균 기복값 Wa가 70 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 필름. - 기재 필름 상에 액정 위상차층을 갖는 위상차 필름의 상기 액정 위상차층 상에 보호 필름을 박리 가능하게 접합하여 제1항에 기재된 적층 필름을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 보호 필름의 상기 위상차 필름이 적층되는 측의 면은, 표면 요철의 주기 f(μm)에 대한 일차원 파워 스펙트럼을 H2(f)로 했을 때에 식 (1)

을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 적층 필름의 제조 방법. - 기재 필름 상에 액정 위상차층을 갖는 위상차 필름과 편광자가 접착제층을 개재하여 적층된 편광판을 제조하는 방법으로서,
제1항에 기재된 적층 필름으로부터 보호 필름을 박리하는 보호 필름 박리 공정과,
접착제를 개재하여 상기 위상차 필름 상에 편광자를 접합하는 편광자 접합 공정
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 편광판의 제조 방법. - 기재 필름 상에 액정 위상차층을 갖는 위상차 필름과, 편광자가 접착제층을 개재하여 적층되고,
상기 기재 필름은 수지 필름이고, λ/4판으로서 기능하며,
상기 액정 위상차층은, 포지티브 C 플레이트이고, 기재 필름측과 반대측의 면의 산술 평균 기복값 Wa가 70 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판. - 기재 필름 상에 액정 위상차층을 갖는 위상차 필름으로서,
상기 기재 필름은 수지 필름이고, λ/4판으로서 기능하며,
상기 액정 위상차층은, 포지티브 C 플레이트이고, 상기 기재 필름측과는 반대측의 표면의 산술 평균 기복값 Wa가 70 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
