Claims (18)
- 커넥팅 플레이트에 의해 가장자리 부위가 매스와 연결되는 것으로서, 제1 모터의 제1 로터와 연결되는 제1 로터 샤프트의 외측에 결합되는 커넥팅 샤프트; 및
상기 커넥팅 샤프트와 대향하며 크랭크 샤프트 쪽에 위치하는 것으로서, 상기 매스와 상기 크랭크 샤프트를 연결하는 드라이브 플레이트;
를 포함하고,
상기 커넥팅 샤프트에 결합 시 상기 크랭크 샤프트 쪽으로 노출되는 상기 제1 로터 샤프트 부위에 제1 단차부 및 제2 단차부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커넥팅 샤프트는,
상기 크랭크 샤프트 방향으로 돌출되는 상기 제1 로터 샤프트의 외경에 스플라인 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 단차부는,
외주에 로킹너트가 나사 결합되며 상기 커넥팅 샤프트와 스플라인으로 연결되는 상기 제1 로터 샤프트 부위의 외경보다 작은 외경으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 단차부는,
상기 제1 단차부보다 작은 외경으로 형성되고, 상기 제1 단차부에서 크랭크 샤프트 방향으로 연장되어 크랭크 샤프트 내부로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 매스 및 커넥팅 플레이트와 제1 모터 사이에 제1 내벽부가 구비되고, 상기 제1 내벽부의 중심 부위에 상기 제1 로터 샤프트를 감싸는 허브가 일체로 구비되며, 상기 커넥팅 샤프트의 외경과 상기 허브의 내경 사이에 수밀을 위한 오일씰이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터의 반대편 제2 모터 쪽에 구비되는 것으로서, 조립구멍이 구비되는 엔진 클러치 리테이너;
상기 조립구멍을 통해 조립되는 볼트; 및
상기 조립구멍을 밀폐하는 밀폐커버;
를 더 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 클러치 리테이너는,
인풋샤프트 서포트와 엔진 클러치 피스톤 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 볼트는,
상기 조립구멍을 통해 상기 인풋샤프트 서포트에 장착되는 베어링에 고정되도록 조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 클러치 리테이너에 밀폐커버가 결합되는 수용부가 구비되고, 상기 수용부는 상기 인풋샤프트 서포트에 장착되는 베어링 쪽에 구비되는 상기 조립구멍과 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 인풋샤프트 서포트에 장착되는 베어링에 테두리부가 구비되고, 상기 테두리부는 상기 인풋샤프트 서포트에 장착되는 베어링의 외주에 구비되면서 상기 볼트가 결합되는 결합구멍을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 클러치 리테이너는,
상기 제1 모터의 반대편에 구비되는 제2 모터의 제2 로터와 일체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 인풋샤프트 서포트에 장착되는 베어링은,
상기 엔진 클러치 리테이너를 회전 가능하도록 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터와 상기 제2 모터는 제1 모터 하우징과 제2 모터 하우징 내부에 장착되고, 상기 제1 모터는 엔진의 크랭크 샤프트와 연결되며, 상기 제2 모터는 변속기 입력샤프트와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터와 상기 제2 모터의 사이에 토션댐퍼가 배치되고, 상기 토션댐퍼는 일측부가 상기 제1 모터에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 모터에 엔진 클러치가 설치되고, 상기 엔진 클러치는 상기 제2 모터와 상기 토션댐퍼를 선택적으로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터 하우징은 상기 제2 모터 하우징 일측에 결합되고, 상기 제2 모터 하우징은 타측에 변속기 케이스가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터 하우징에 제1 내벽부가 구비되고 상기 제1 내벽부에 제1 레졸버가 장착되며, 상기 제2 모터 하우징에 제2 내벽부가 구비되고, 제2 레졸버는 상기 제2 내벽부 또는 상기 인풋샤프트 서포트에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
