Claims (10)
- 커넥팅 플레이트에 의해 가장자리 부위가 매스와 연결되는 것으로서, 상대측 로터 샤프트와 연결되는 연결부; 및
상기 연결부와 대향하며 크랭크축 쪽에 위치하는 것으로서, 상기 매스와 크랭크축을 연결하는 드라이브 플레이트;
를 포함하고,
상기 연결부는 제1 커넥팅 샤프트이고,
상기 제1 커넥팅 샤프트는,
상기 로터 샤프트의 내부를 관통하면서 로터 샤프트와 스플라인으로 연결되는 제1 연장부; 및
상기 제1 연장부에서 크랭크축 방향으로 연장되어 크랭크축 내부로 삽입되는 제2 연장부;
를 포함하고,
상기 로터 샤프트의 내부를 지나 외측으로 노출되는 제1 연장부의 노출 부위에 나사 결합되는 로킹 너트가 상기 로터 샤프트의 상대면에 밀착되어 제1 커넥팅 샤프트의 로킹이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 변속기의 엔진 연결 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 연결부는 제2 커넥팅 샤프트이고,
상기 제2 커넥팅 샤프트는 상기 로터 샤프트의 내부에 삽입되어 로터 샤프트와 스플라인으로 연결되며,
상기 제2 커넥팅 샤프트의 끝단면에 볼트가 나사 결합되면서 상기 볼트에 결합되는 로킹 플레이트가 상기 로터 샤프트의 상대면에 마련된 제1 삽입부에 삽입되면서 로터 샤프트와 제2 커넥팅 샤프트의 상대면에 동시에 밀착되어 제2 커넥팅 샤프트의 로킹이 이루어지고,
상기 로터 샤프트와 제2 커넥팅 샤프트의 끝단면 스플라인 연결 부위는 로킹 플레이트에 가압되는 오링에 의해 수밀이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 변속기의 엔진 연결 구조. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 연결부는 커넥팅 너트이고,
상기 커넥팅 너트는 상기 로터 샤프트의 외경에 스플라인으로 연결되며,
볼트가 상기 로터 샤프트의 상대면에 결합시 상기 볼트에 결합된 로킹 플레이트가 상기 커넥팅 너트의 상대면에 마련된 제2 삽입부로 삽입되면서 로터 샤프트와 커넥팅 너트의 상대면에 동시에 밀착되어 커넥팅 너트의 로킹이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 변속기의 엔진 연결 구조.
