Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은, 클러치부와 변속기 사이에 모터부가 배치됨과 동시에 상기 모터부는 토션 댐퍼와 상기 변속기 사이에 배치되되, 상기 토션 댐퍼는 상기 변속기의 입력단에 연결되어 상기 모터부 및 엔진에 의한 동력 전달시 모터부 및 엔진에 의한 진동을 동시에 흡수할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 클러치부와 변속기 사이에 모터부가 배치됨과 동시에 상기 모터부는 토션 댐퍼와 상기 변속기 사이에 배치되되,
상기 토션 댐퍼는 상기 변속기의 입력단에 연결되어 상기 모터부 및 엔진에 의한 동력 전달시 모터부 및 엔진에 의한 진동을 동시에 흡수할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량용 동력 전달장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터부는 모터 고정자와 이 모터 고정자의 내측에서 회전하는 모터 회전자로 구성되고,
상기 모터 회전자의 외경부와 좌측면을 감싸면서 배치되는 모터 커버를 포함하되,
외측단은 상기 모터 회전자에 지지 결합되고, 그 내측단은 상기 변속기의 입력단과 부시를 매개로 연결된 모터 지지축이 마련되며,
상기 모터 지지축의 내측단과 상기 모터 커버의 내측단간에는 모터 지지축의 회전을 지지하는 지지베어링이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량용 동력 전달장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 모터 지지축의 일단과 상기 클러치부의 일단은 볼트와 너트를 매개로 결합되고,
상기 클러치부의 일지점에는 상기 토션댐퍼가 볼트를 매개로 연결되고, 상기 토션댐퍼는 상기 변속기 입력단과 스플라인 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량용 동력 전달장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 모터 지지축의 일단과 상기 클러치부의 일단을 연결하는 볼트와 너트의 결합 위치가 상기 클러치부와 상기 모터지지축 사이에 설치된 콘센트릭 슬레이브 실린더의 내측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량용 동력 전달장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 콘센트릭 슬레이브 실린더의 작동에 따라 상기 클러치부를 온오프 시키는 플레이트는 연결볼트를 매개로 상기 클러치부에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량용 동력 전달장치.
- 청구항 3 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 클러치부의 상부에는 엔진 속도 센서가 장착되고,
상기 모터커버의 내측단 우측면에는 모터 위치 센서가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 차량용 동력 전달장치.
