Claims (7)
상기 콜드드립 방식 추출 시 녹차 1g에 대한 물의 중량비는 60~130이고,
상기 녹차 추출물은 분쇄한 녹차를 담은 여과기에 물을 녹차 1g 당 1~5ml/min의 유속으로 통과시켜 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
상기 녹차 추출물은 총 아미노산 160~200ug/ml 및 카테킨 280~450ug/ml를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
상기 녹차 추출물은 향기성분 총 100중량부에 대하여 리나룰(linalool) 20~40중량부, 아밀 알코올(amyl alcohol) 10~30중량부, 제라니올(geraniol) 5~20중량부 및 헥센알(hexenal) 10~30중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
