Claims (7)
- 몰% 로, SiO2 + CaO 57 초과 ∼ 80 %, MgO + BaO 7 ∼ 19 %, ZnO 10 초과 ∼ 18 %, La2O3 2 ∼ 15 % 를 함유하고, 열처리에 의해 La2O3·2SiO2 의 결정을 석출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 유리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
R2O (R 은 알칼리 금속을 나타낸다) 및 P2O5 를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 유리 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
열처리에 의해 MgO·SiO2, BaO·2MgO·2SiO2 및 2SiO2·2ZnO·BaO 에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 결정을 석출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 유리 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
30 ∼ 950 ℃ 의 온도 범위에 있어서의 열팽창 계수가 85 × 10-7/℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 유리 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
연화점과 결정화 온도의 차가 85 ℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 유리 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
몰% 로, SiO2 40 ∼ 70 %, MgO 5 ∼ 13 %, BaO 5 ∼ 9 %, ZnO 10 초과 ∼ 18 %, CaO 3 ∼ 30 %, La2O3 2 ∼ 15 % 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 유리 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
접착용인 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 유리 조성물.
