Claims (13)
- (A) 비닐시안 화합물-공액디엔 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 10 내지 50 중량%;
(B) 비닐시안 화합물-공액디엔 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체 10 내지 55 중량%;
(C) 그라프트율이 40 내지 60%이고 중량평균 분자량이 150,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 4 내지 11 중량%;
(D) 중량평균 분자량 1,000,000 내지 2,500,000 g/mol인 비닐시안 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체 3.5 내지 9 중량%; 및
(E) 중량평균 분자량 300,000 내지 800,000 g/mol인 분지형(branched) 비닐시안 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체 1 내지 20 중량%;를 포함하는 베이스 수지 100 중량부에,
(F) 밀도가 0.9 내지 1.5 g/cm3이고 중량평균 분자량 1,000 내지 6,500 g/mol인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 0.1 내지 2.5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 비닐시안 화합물-공액디엔 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 그라프트 공중합체는 비닐시안 화합물 1 내지 25 중량%, 공액디엔 화합물을 포함하여 이루어진 공액디엔 고무 45 내지 75 중량% 및 방향족 비닐 화합물 15 내지 45 중량%를 포함하여 그라프트 중합된 그라프트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 비닐시안 화합물-공액디엔 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체는 공액디엔 화합물을 포함하여 이루어진 공액디엔 고무 5 내지 20 중량%, 방향족 비닐 화합물 55 내지 85 중량% 및 비닐시안 화합물 5 내지 25 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (C) 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체는 평균입경이 300 내지 600 nm인 아크릴레이트계 고무 20 내지 60 중량%, 방향족 비닐 화합물 10 내지 50 중량% 및 비닐시안 화합물 5 내지 30 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (D) 비닐시안 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체는 비닐시안 화합물 10 내지 40 중량% 및 방향족 비닐 화합물 60 내지 90 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (E) 중량평균 분자량 300,000 내지 800,000 g/mol인 분지형(branched) 비닐시안 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체는 다분산지수(Polydispersity index, PDI)가 3.5 내지 6인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 수지는 (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) 및 (G) 방향족 비닐 화합물-말레이미드 화합물 공중합체를 합한 총 중량에 대하여 (G) 공중합체 5 내지 25 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 수지는 (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) 및 (H) α-메틸 스티렌계 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체를 합한 총 중량에 대하여 (H) 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ISO 1133에 의거하여 220℃에서 측정한 유동지수에 대한 240℃에서 측정한 유동지수비(240℃ 유동지수 / 220℃ 유동지수)가 4.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 블로우 성형기의 배럴온도 220℃에서 길이 500 mm, 두께 0.5 mm, 및 무게 500 g의 패리슨(parison)을 토출하여 전체 길이의 1% 이상이 늘어나는데 걸리는 시간을 측정한 패리슨 처짐이 40 초 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 산화방지제, 활제 및 성형보조제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- (A) 비닐시안 화합물-공액디엔 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 10 내지 50 중량%; (B) 비닐시안 화합물-공액디엔 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체 10 내지 55 중량%; (C) 그라프트율이 40 내지 60%이고 중량평균 분자량이 150,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 4 내지 11 중량%; (D) 중량평균 분자량 1,000,000 내지 2,500,000 g/mol인 비닐시안 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체 3.5 내지 9 중량%; 및 (E) 중량평균 분자량 300,000 내지 800,000 g/mol인 분지형(branched) 비닐시안 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체 1 내지 20 중량%;를 포함하는 베이스 수지 100 중량부에, (F) 밀도가 0.9 내지 1.5 g/cm3이고 중량평균 분자량 1,000 내지 6,500 g/mol인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 0.1 내지 2.5 중량부를 포함하여 200 내지 300℃ 및 200 내지 300 rpm 조건 하에서 혼련 및 압출하여 펠릿으로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
성형품.
