Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 홍합 접착단백질 10~15중량%, 바나나 섬유 15~20중량%, 벌집 건조 분말 5~10중량% 및 착색제 55~70중량%을 혼합하여 혼합 염료를 제조하는 염료 제조 단계;
초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE)을 방사하여 원사를 제조하는 UHMWPE 원사 제조 단계;
상기 UHMWPE원사 2가닥을 꼬아 1차 합사를 제조한 후 상기 1차 합사를 상기 혼합 염료에 침지 및 건조하는 1차 합사 제조 단계;
상기 염료 처리된 1차 합사 4가닥을 꼬아 2차 합사를 제조하는 2차 합사 제조 단계; 및
폴리우레탄 수지를 이용하여 상기 2차 합사를 코팅한 다음 열처리하는 코팅 단계; 를 포함하는 것인, 물빠짐이 없는 낚시용 친환경 합사의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염료 제조 단계는 재료 혼합 전 바나나 섬유에 셀룰로오스 분해 효소를 도포한 다음 20~50분 후 효소 불활성화, 세척 및 건조하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 물빠짐이 없는 낚시용 친환경 합사의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 합사 제조 단계는 2차 합사 제조 후 2차 합사를 50~70℃에서 30~90초간 열처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 물빠짐이 없는 낚시용 친환경 합사의 제조 방법.
