Claims (20)
- (a) 혼합물 중 총 단량체를 기준으로 한 중량 퍼센트를 기준으로 하여,
- 15 내지 99 중량%의 공액 디엔(conjugated diene);
- 1 내지 80 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물로부터 선택된 단량체;
- 0.05 내지 10 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 산 및/또는 이의 염;
- 0 내지 50 중량%의 비닐 방향족 단량체; 및
- 0 내지 65 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 혼합물의 유리-라디칼 에멀젼 중합에 의해 수득가능한 카복실화된 공액 디엔 니트릴 라텍스 중합체(a)의 입자를,
(b) 적어도 하나의 옥시란-작용 그룹을 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자와 조합(combination) 또는 회합(association)하여 포함하고, 여기서 라텍스 중합체(a)의 단량체 조성물은 라텍스 중합체(b)의 단량체 조성물과 상이한, 딥-성형 응용(dip-molding application)을 위한 중합체 라텍스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
- 상기 공액 디엔이 부타디엔, 이소프렌, 2,3-디메틸-1,3-부타디엔, 2-에틸-1,3-부타디엔, 1,3-펜타디엔 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되고;
- 상기 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물이 (메트)아크릴로니트릴, 알파-시아노에틸 아크릴로니트릴, 푸마로니트릴, 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되며;
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산 및 이의 염이 (메트)아크릴산, 크로톤산, 이타콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 에틸렌계 불포화된 설폰산, 에틸렌계 불포화된 인 함유 산 및 이의 염, 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되고;
- 비닐 방향족 단량체가 스티렌, 알파-메틸 스티렌 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되며;
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 알킬 에스테르가 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트, 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택되고;
라텍스 중합체(a)를 위한 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 혼합물이
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 하이드록시알킬 에스테르;
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 아미드;
- 비닐 카복실레이트;
- 적어도 2개의 에틸렌계 불포화된 그룹을 갖는 단량체;
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 실란; 및
- 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체를 임의로 포함하는 중합체 라텍스. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 라텍스 중합체(a)를 위한 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 상기 혼합물이:
혼합물 중 존재하는 총 단량체를 기준으로 한 중량 퍼센트를 기준으로 하여,
- 20 내지 99 중량%의 공액 디엔;
- 1 내지 60 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물로부터 선택된 단량체;
- 0 내지 40 중량%의 비닐 방향족 단량체;
- 0 내지 25 중량%의 C1 내지 C8 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트;
- 0.05 내지 7 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 산;
- 0 내지 10 중량%의 비닐 에스테르:
- 0 내지 10 중량%의, 실란, 아미드 및/또는 N-메틸올아미드 그룹을 지닌 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물을 포함하는 중합체 라텍스. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)가 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 입자(b)를 위한 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 80 중량%의 양의 에틸렌계 불포화된 옥시란-작용성 단량체로부터 유도된 구조 단위를 포함하는 중합체 라텍스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)가
- 글리시딜 (메트)아크릴레이트, 알릴 글리시딜에테르, 비닐 글리시딜에테르, 비닐 사이클로헥센 옥사이드, 리모넨 옥사이드, 2-에틸글리시딜아크릴레이트, 2-에틸글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 2-(n-프로필)글리시딜아크릴레이트, 2-(n-프로필)글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 2-(n-부틸)글리시딜아크릴레이트, 2-(n-부틸)글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 글리시딜메틸메타크릴레이트, 글리시딜아크릴레이트, (3',4'-에폭시헵틸)-2-에틸아크릴레이트, (3',4'-에폭시헵틸)-2-에틸메타크릴레이트, (6',7'-에폭시헵틸)아크릴레이트, (6',7'-에폭시헵틸)메타크릴레이트, 알릴-3,4-에폭시헵틸에테르, 6,7-에폭시헵틸알릴에테르, 비닐-3,4-에폭시헵틸에테르, 3,4-에폭시헵틸비닐에테르, 6,7-에폭시헵틸비닐에테르, o-비닐벤질글리시딜에테르, m-비닐벤질글리시딜에테르, p-비닐벤질글리시딜에테르, 3-비닐 사이클로헥센 옥사이드, 알파-메틸 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 3,4-에폭시사이클로헥실메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 옥시란-작용성 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체로부터 유도된 구조 단위 및
- 하기로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체의 구조 단위로서,
- (메트)아크릴로니트릴, 알파-시아노에틸 아크릴로니트릴, 푸마로니트릴 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물;
- 비닐 방향족 단량체;
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 알킬 에스테르;
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 하이드록시알킬 에스테르,
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 아미드;
- 에틸렌계 불포화된 산;
- 비닐 카복실레이트;
- 공액 디엔;
- 적어도 2개의 에틸렌계 불포화된 그룹을 갖는 단량체; 및
- 이의 조합
으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체의 구조 단위를 포함하는 중합체 라텍스. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)가
(I) - 0 내지 50 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물로부터 선택된 단량체;
- 0 내지 95 중량%의 비닐 방향족 단량체;
- 0 내지 95 중량%의 C1 내지 C8 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트;
- 0 내지 10 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 산;
- 0 내지 10 중량%의 실란, 설포네이트, 설폰산, 아미드 및/또는 N-메틸올아미드 그룹을 지닌 에틸렌계 불포화된 화합물;
- 0 내지 50 중량%의 비닐 카복실레이트;
- 1 내지 80 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 옥시란-작용성 단량체로부터 유도된 구조 단위; 또는
(II) - 2 내지 95 중량%의 공액 디엔;
- 1 내지 50 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물로부터 선택된 단량체;
- 0 내지 95 중량%의 비닐 방향족 단량체;
- 0 내지 95 중량%의 C1 내지 C8 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트;
- 0 내지 10 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 산;
- 0 내지 10 중량%의 실란, 설포네이트, 설폰산, 아미드 및/또는 N-메틸올아미드 그룹을 지닌 에틸렌계 불포화된 화합물,
- 1 내지 80 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 옥시란-작용성 단량체로부터 유도된 구조 단위
로부터 유도된 구조 단위를 포함하는 중합체 라텍스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
(i) 라텍스 중합체(a)를 위한 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 혼합물이 유리 라디칼 에멀젼 중합에서 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자의 존재하에 중합되거나;
(ii) 여기서 라텍스 중합체(a)를 위한 입자를 포함하는 중합체 라텍스 및 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자를 포함하는 중합체 라텍스가 예비형성되고 후속적으로 라텍스 둘 다가 합해지거나;
(iii) 라텍스 중합체(a)를 위한 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 혼합물이 제1의 중합체 라텍스를 형성하는 유리-라디칼 에멀젼 중합에서 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자의 존재하에 중합되고, 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자를 포함하는 제2의 중합체 라텍스가 예비형성되며 후속적으로 라텍스 둘 다가 합해지고, 여기서 제1의 중합체 라텍스를 제조하기 위한 상기 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 입자(b)를 포함하는 라텍스 및 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자를 포함하는 제2의 중합체 라텍스는 동일하거나 상이한 중합체 라텍스. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
(i) 청구항 7의 (i)의 경우에 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자가 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)를 제조하기 위한 것들을 포함하는 중합체 라텍스 중 총 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 10 중량부의 양으로 존재하거나;
(ii) 청구항 7의 (ii)의 경우에 중합체 라텍스가 조성물 중 라텍스 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 50 내지 99 중량%의 라텍스 중합체(a)의 입자, 및 조성물 중 라텍스 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 50 중량%의 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자를 포함하거나; 또는
(iii) 청구항 7의 (iii)의 경우에, 상기 중합체 라텍스가, 라텍스 중합체(a)의 중합에서 존재하는 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)를 제조하기 위한 것들을 포함하는 중합체 라텍스(a) 중 총 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, 0.01 내지 10 중량부의 양의 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자의 존재하에 제조된 라텍스 중합체(a)의 입자를, 조성물 중 라텍스 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 50 내지 99 중량%로 포함하고, 제2의 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 입자(b)를, 조성물 중 라텍스 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 50 중량%로 포함하는 중합체 라텍스. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 옥시란-작용성 라텍스 입자(b)의 동적 광 산란(DLS)을 사용하여 맬버른 제타사이저 나노 S(Malvern zetasizer nano S)(ZEN 1600)로 측정한 z-평균 입자 크기가 5 내지 90 nm인 중합체 라텍스.
- (i) 유리-라디칼 개시제, 안정화제 및 적어도 하나의 옥시란-작용 그룹을 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자를 포함하는 라텍스 입자의 존재하에 수성 매질 중에서 에멀젼 중합에서 사용되는 총 단량체를 기준으로 한 중량 퍼센트를 기준으로 하여,
- 15 내지 99 중량%의 공액 디엔;
- 1 내지 80 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물로부터 선택된 단량체;
- 0.05 내지 10 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 산 및/또는 이의 염;
- 0 내지 50 중량%의 비닐 방향족 단량체; 및
- 0 내지 65 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(a)를 위한 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 혼합물을 에멀젼 중합 공정에서 중합시키는 단계; 또는
(ii) (1) 에멀젼 중합에서 사용되는 총 단량체를 기준으로 한 중량 퍼센트를 기준으로 하여,
- 15 내지 99 중량%의 공액 디엔;
- 1 내지 80 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물로부터 선택된 단량체;
- 0.05 내지 10 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 산 및/또는 이의 염;
- 0 내지 50 중량%의 비닐 방향족 단량체; 및
- 0 내지 65 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 혼합물을 유리-라디칼 개시제 및 안정화제의 존재하에 수성 매질 중에서 유리-라디칼 에멀젼 중합시킴으로써 라텍스 중합체(a)를 형성시키는 단계;
(2) 적어도 하나의 옥시란-작용 그룹을 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(b)를 형성시키는 단계; 및
(3) 라텍스 중합체(a) 및 라텍스 중합체(b)를 합하는 단계; 또는
(iii) (1) 유리-라디칼 개시제, 안정화제 및 적어도 하나의 옥시란-작용 그룹을 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자를 포함하는 라텍스 입자의 존재하에 수성 매질 중에서 에멀젼 중합에서 사용되는 총 단량체를 기준으로 한 중량 퍼센트를 기준으로 하여,
- 15 내지 99 중량%의 공액 디엔;
- 1 내지 80 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 니트릴 화합물로부터 선택된 단량체;
- 0.05 내지 10 중량%의 에틸렌계 불포화된 산 및/또는 이의 염;
- 0 내지 50 중량%의 비닐 방향족 단량체; 및
- 0 내지 65 중량%의, 에틸렌계 불포화된 산의 알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(a)를 위한 에틸렌계 불포화된 단량체의 혼합물을 에멀젼 중합 공정에서 중합시키는 단계;
(2) 적어도 하나의 옥시란-작용 그룹을 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(b)를 형성시키는 단계; 및
(3) 단계 (1)의 라텍스 및 단계 (2)의 라텍스를 합하는 단계를 포함하며,
여기서 단계 (1) 및 단계 (2)에서 적어도 하나의 옥시란-작용 그룹을 포함하는 라텍스 중합체(b)는 동일하거나 상이하고; 여기서 라텍스 중합체(a)의 단량체 조성물은 라텍스 중합체(b)의 단량체 조성물과는 상이한, 중합체 라텍스의 제조 방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 성분(a) 및/또는 상기 성분(b) 및/또는 이들의 상대량이 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 라텍스를 포함하는, 기판의 코팅 또는 함침용 조성물.
- - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 라텍스, 및 임의로 가황제, 가황용 촉진제, 가교결합제, 다가 양이온 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 보조제; 또는
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 라텍스 중합체(a)의 입자, 및 임의로 가황제, 가황용 촉진제, 가교결합제, 다가 양이온 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 보조제, 및 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 및 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 라텍스 중합체(b)의 예비형성된 입자를 포함하는 예비형성된 배합된(preformed compounded) 중합체 라텍스, 또는
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 및 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자, 및 임의로 가황제, 가황용 촉진제, 가교결합제, 다가 양이온 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 보조제, 및 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 라텍스 중합체(a)의 예비형성된 입자를 포함하는 예비형성된 배합된 중합체 라텍스를 포함하는, 딥-성형된 물품의 생산에 적합한 배합된 라텍스 조성물. - 청구항 13에 있어서, 가황제 및 가황용 촉진제를 포함하지 않는 배합된 라텍스 조성물.
- a) 청구항 13의 배합된 라텍스 조성물을 제공하는 단계;
b) 금속 염의 용액을 포함하는 응고제 욕 중에 최종 물품의 원하는 형상을 갖는 주형을 침지시키는 단계;
c) 응고제 욕으로부터 주형을 제거하고 임의로 주형을 건조시키는 단계;
d) 단계 b) 및 c)에서 처리한 주형을 단계 a)의 배합된 라텍스 조성물 중에 침지시키는 단계;
e) 주형의 표면에 라텍스 필름을 응고시키는 단계;
f) 배합된 라텍스 조성물로부터 라텍스-코팅된 주형을 제거하고 임의로 라텍스-코팅된 주형을 수욕 중에 침지시키는 단계;
g) 임의로 라텍스-코팅된 주형을 건조시키는 단계;
h) 단계 e) 또는 f)로부터 수득된 라텍스-코팅된 주형을 40℃ 내지 180℃의 온도에서 열 처리하는 단계; 및
i) 주형으로부터 라텍스 물품을 제거하는 단계에 의한, 딥-성형된 물품의 제조 방법. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
- 단계(a)에서
(i) 상기 중합체 라텍스가 pH를 7 내지 12의 범위로 조절하고, 임의로 ZnO를 첨가함으로써 배합되거나;
(ii) 라텍스 중합체(a)의 입자를 포함하는 중합체 라텍스가 pH를 7 내지 12의 범위로 조절하고, 임의로 ZnO를 첨가하고 후속적으로 라텍스 중합체(b)의 예비형성된 입자를 첨가함으로써 배합되거나; 또는
(iii) 라텍스 중합체(b)의 입자를 포함하는 중합체 라텍스가 pH를 7 내지 12의 범위로 조절하고, 임의로 ZnO를 첨가하며 후속적으로 라텍스 중합체(a)의 예비형성된 입자를 첨가함으로써 배합되며;
이에 의해 수득되는 가황제 및 가황 촉진제를 포함하지 않는 배합된 라텍스 조성물은 단계 d)에서 사용되기 전에 180분 미만 동안에 숙성(maturing)되고/되거나;
- 단계 h)에서 라텍스-코팅된 주형은 40℃ 내지 120℃ 미만의 온도에서 열-처리되는 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 라텍스를 사용하여 제조된 물품.
- 청구항 13의 배합된 라텍스 조성물을 사용하여 제조된 물품.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 수술용 장갑, 실험용 장갑, 콘돔, 카테터(catheter), 산업용 장갑, 텍스타일-지지된 장갑 및 가정용 장갑으로부터 선택되는 물품.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 수술용 장갑, 실험용 장갑, 콘돔, 카테터, 산업용 장갑, 텍스타일-지지된 장갑 및 가정용 장갑으로부터 선택되는 물품.
