Claims (9)
- 구동 트랜지스터를 갖는 픽셀 회로와, 상기 픽셀 회로와 연결된 발광 소자를 구비한 픽셀을 포함하고,
상기 픽셀 회로는,
상기 발광 소자에 흐르는 구동 전류를 제어하는 구동 트랜지스터;
데이터 전압을 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스 전극인 제1 노드에 선택적으로 제공하는 데이터 공급 트랜지스터;
상기 제1 노드와 상기 발광 소자의 애노드 전극인 제2 노드를 선택적으로 접속시키는 제1 발광 제어 트랜지스터;
초기화 전압을 상기 제2 노드에 선택적으로 제공하는 제1 초기화 트랜지스터;
구동 전압을 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인 전극인 제3 노드에 선택적으로 제공하는 제2 발광 제어 트랜지스터;
상기 제3 노드와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극인 제4 노드를 선택적으로 접속시키는 제2 초기화 트랜지스터;
상기 제2 노드와 상기 제4 노드 사이에 접속된 제1 커패시터; 및
상기 제2 노드와 상기 데이터 공급 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극 사이에 접속된 제2 커패시터를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 픽셀은 초기화 기간, 프로그래밍 기간, 샘플링 기간, 및 에미션 기간을 통해 구동되며,
상기 제1 초기화 트랜지스터는 제1 스캔 라인으로부터 제공된 제1 스캔 신호를 기초로 상기 초기화 기간 및 상기 샘플링 기간에 턴-온되어 상기 초기화 전압을 상기 제2 노드에 제공하는, 표시 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 초기화 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 스캔 신호를 기초로 상기 초기화 기간 및 상기 샘플링 기간에 턴-온되어 상기 제3 노드의 전압을 상기 제4 노드에 제공하는, 표시 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 공급 트랜지스터는 제2 스캔 라인으로부터 제공된 제2 스캔 신호를 기초로 상기 프로그래밍 기간 및 상기 샘플링 기간에 턴-온되어 상기 데이터 전압을 상기 제1 노드에 제공하는, 표시 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 커패시터는 상기 제2 스캔 라인과 상기 제2 노드 사이의 차 전압을 저장하는, 표시 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 커패시터는 상기 제2 스캔 신호의 하강 시점에 동기하여 상기 제2 노드의 전압을 강하시키는, 표시 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 커패시터는 상기 데이터 전압이 기 설정된 최소 값을 가질 때, 상기 제2 노드의 전압을 상기 발광 소자의 문턱 전압 이하로 강하시키는, 표시 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 발광 제어 트랜지스터는 제1 에미션 라인으로부터 제공된 제1 에미션 신호를 기초로 상기 에미션 기간에 턴-온되어 상기 제1 노드의 전압을 상기 제2 노드에 제공하는, 표시 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 발광 제어 트랜지스터는 제2 에미션 라인으로부터 제공된 제2 에미션 신호를 기초로 상기 초기화 기간 및 상기 에미션 기간에 턴-온되어 상기 구동 전압을 상기 제3 노드에 제공하는, 표시 장치.
