도 2는 본 발명 일 실시예의 편광판 중 편광자의 투과축, 제1위상차층의 지상축(slow axis), 제2위상차층의 지상축의 배치 관계를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명 또 다른 실시예의 편광판의 단면도이다.
Claims (19)
- 편광자, 상기 편광자의 상부면에 적층된 보호 필름, 및 상기 편광자의 하부면에 순차적으로 적층된 제1위상차층과 제2위상차층을 포함하고;
상기 제1위상차층은 파장 550nm에서 면내 위상차가 180nm 내지 240nm이고;
상기 제2위상차층은 파장 550nm에서 면내 위상차가 80nm 내지 110nm이고 파장 550nm에서 이축성 정도가 -2 내지 -0.1이고;
상기 제2위상차층은 파장 270nm 내지 340nm에서 광 투과성인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2위상차층은 파장 290nm 내지 340nm에서 광 투과율이 80% 이상인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1위상차층은 파장 290nm 내지 340nm에서 광 투과율이 60% 이상인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호 필름은 자외선 흡수제를 포함하는 것인, 편광판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡수제는 파장 250nm 내지 400nm에서 최대 흡수 피크를 갖는 자외선 흡수제를 포함하고,
상기 제2위상차층은 파장 200nm 이상 파장 270nm 미만에서 광 투과율이 20% 이하인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1위상차층은 제1접착층에 의해 상기 편광자에 접착되고,
상기 보호 필름은 제2접착층에 의해 상기 편광자에 접착되고,
상기 제1접착층, 상기 제2접착층 중 1종 이상은 파장 300nm 내지 400nm의 광을 흡수하는 광 개시제를 포함하는 광경화형 접착제에 의해 형성된 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1위상차층과 상기 제2위상차층의 적층체는 파장 550nm에서 면내 위상차가 120 nm 내지 200nm인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광자의 투과축을 기준으로 상기 제1위상차층의 지상축이 이루는 각도는 +60° 내지 +80° 또는 -60° 내지 -80°인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광자의 투과축을 기준으로 상기 제2위상차층의 지상축이 이루는 각도는 0° 내지 +10° 또는 0° 내지 -10°인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1위상차층은 정파장 분산성이고, 상기 제2위상차층은 정파장 분산성인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2위상차층은 단파장 분산성이 1 내지 1.1, 장파장 분산성이 0.96 내지 1인 것인, 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1위상차층은 경사 연신된 수지 필름을 포함하는 것인, 편광판.
