도 2는, 실시형태에 관한 V 리브드 벨트를 이용한 자동차의 보조기계(補助機械) 구동벨트 전동장치의 풀리 레이아웃을 나타내는 도이다.
도 3은, 실시형태에 관한 V 리브드 벨트의 제조방법을 나타내는 제1 설명도이다.

Claims (12)
- 풀리접촉부가 EPDM혼합물을 고무성분으로 하는 고무 조성물로 형성된 마찰 전동 벨트에 있어서,
상기 고무성분의 EPDM혼합물은, 에틸렌 함량이 67질량% 이상인 제1 EPDM과, 에틸렌 함량이 57질량% 이하인 제2 EPDM을 포함함과 더불어, 상기 제1 EPDM의 함유량보다도 상기 제2 EPDM의 함유량 쪽이 많고, 또한 평균 에틸렌 함량이 54질량% 이상 59질량% 이하이고,
상기 제1 및 제2 EPDM의 디엔성분이 에틸리덴노보넨이고, 상기 제1 및 제2 EPDM의 ENB 함량이 2.0질량% 이상 7.0질량% 이하임과 더불어, 상기 제1 및 제2 EPDM의 평균 ENB 함량이 4.0질량% 이상 6.0질량% 이하이고, 상기 제1 EPDM의 ENB 함량의 상기 제2 EPDM의 ENB 함량에 대한 비가 0.7 이상 1.5 이하이며,
상기 고무 조성물의 상기 고무성분의 EPDM혼합물이 유황에 의해 가교되어 있고,
상기 고무 조성물은, 티우람계 가황촉진제 및 술펜아미드계 가황촉진제를 함유하는 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 EPDM의 에틸렌 함량의 상기 제2 EPDM의 에틸렌 함량에 대한 비가 1.3 이상 1.7 이하인 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고무성분의 EPDM혼합물에서의 상기 제1 EPDM 함유량의 상기 제2 EPDM 함유량에 대한 비가 0.15 이상 0.8 이하인 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 EPDM의 125℃에서의 무니점도 쪽이 상기 제2 EPDM의 125℃에서의 무니점도보다도 높은 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1 EPDM의 125℃에서의 무니점도의 제2 EPDM의 125℃에서의 무니점도에 대한 비가 1.5 이상 4.0 이하인 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물에서의 티우람계 가황촉진제 및 술펜아미드계 가황촉진제의 합계 함유량이, 상기 고무성분의 EPDM혼합물 100질량부에 대해 1.0질량부 이상 4.5질량부 이하인 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물에서의 티우람계 가황촉진제 함유량의 술펜아미드계 가황촉진제 함유량에 대한 비가 0.2 이상 2.0 이하인 마찰 전동 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물에 대해, JIS K 6394에 기초하여, 폭 5㎜, 길이 50㎜, 및 두께 1㎜의 시험편을 이용하여, 시험주파수 10㎐, 하중 130g, 및 변형률 진폭 0.05%로 하여, 시험 온도를 주사하여 측정되는 벨트길이 방향에 대응되는 방향의 손실 계수의 피크 온도가 -25℃ 이하인 마찰 전동 벨트. - 삭제
