Abstract
Description
도 1은 실시예 2의 투여방법(dosing regimen) 및 연구 설계를 나타낸 것이다. 8.2 부분을 참조한다. ActRIIA-I는 ActRIIA 신호전달 억제제(서열 7)를 지칭한다.
도 2는 고수혈 부담(high transfusion burden)(HTB) 대상체에 대해 56일 이상의 RBC 수혈 독립성(RBC-TI) 또는 저수혈 부담(LTB) 대상체에 대해 8주 무수혈 기간에 걸쳐 1.5 g/dL 이상의 평균 헤모글로빈(Hb)의 증가를 갖는 56일 이상의 RBC-TI를 달성한 대상체의 분율(proportion)을 나타낸 것이다. ActRIIA-I는 ActRIIA 신호전달 억제제(서열 7)를 지칭한다.
도 3은 1.0 mg/kg 용량의 ActRIIA(서열 7)를 투여받은 예시적 HTB 대상체가 받은 헤모글로빈 수준(Hb, g/dL) 및 RBC 수혈 유닛(transfusion unit)의 수를 도시한 것이다. 도 3은 예시적 HTB 대상체가 56일을 초과하는 동안의 RBC-TI를 달성한 것을 나타낸다.

- 대상체에서 골수이형성 증후군(MDS)을 치료하기 위한 액티빈 수용체 II형(ActRII) 신호전달 억제제를 포함하는 약학 조성물로서,
상기 약학 조성물이 0.3 mg/kg 내지 2.0 mg/kg 사이의 약제학적 유효량의 ActRII 신호전달 억제제를 대상체에게 투여하기 위해 사용되고,
