Claims (21)
- 적어도 일면에 ISO 25178 규격에 따른 편포도(skewness)가 음의 값인 요철 표면이 형성된 에너지선 경화성 조성물의 경화물층을 포함하고,
상기 에너지선 경화성 조성물은, 실리콘 수지 성분 및 반응성 희석제를 포함하며,
상기 요철 표면은, 하기 수식 1 내지 3을 만족하는 필름:

0.3 ≥ △H = 100×|(HA-HI)/N|

0.3 ≥ △G = 100×|(GA-GI)/N|
[수식 3]
0.3 ≥ △R = 100×|(RA-RI)/N|
수식 1 내지 3에서 △H, △G 및 △R은 각각 상기 요철 표면의 헤이즈 변화율, 60도 그로스(gloss) 변화율 및 산술평균조도(Ra)의 변화율이고, 수식 1에서 HI는, 상기 요철 표면의 초기 헤이즈이고, HA는 스틸울 테스트를 수행한 후의 상기 요철 표면의 헤이즈이며, N은 상기 스틸울 테스트를 수행한 횟수이고, |(HA-HI)/N|는, 상기 HA, HI 및 N을 (HA-HI)/N에 대입하여 구해진 수치의 절대값이며, 수식 2에서 GI는, 상기 요철 표면의 초기 60도 그로스이고, GA는 스틸울 테스트를 수행한 후의 상기 요철 표면의 60도 그로스이며, N은 상기 스틸울 테스트를 수행한 횟수이고, |(GA-GI)/N|는, 상기 GA, GI 및 N을 (GA-GI)/N에 대입하여 구해진 수치의 절대값이며, 수식 3에서 RI는, 상기 요철 표면의 초기 산술평균조도(Ra)이고, RA는 스틸울 테스트를 수행한 후의 상기 요철 표면의 산술평균조도(Ra)이며, N은 상기 스틸울 테스트를 수행한 횟수이고, |(RA-RI)/N|는, 상기 RA, RI 및 N을 (RA-RI)/N에 대입하여 구해진 수치의 절대값이다. - 삭제

평균 단위식 1에서 R1 내지 R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 에너지선 경화성기이고, R1 내지 R3가 복수 존재하는 경우에 각각은 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, R1 내지 R3 중 적어도 하나는 에너지선 경화성기이고, a, b, c 및 d는, a+b+c+d를 1로 환산하였을 때에 각각 0≤a≤1, 0<b≤1, 0<c≤1 및 0≤d≤1을 만족하며, e는 e/(a+b+c+d)가 0 내지 0.4의 범위 내가 되는 수이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 성분은 중량평균분자량이 1만 내지 5만의 범위 내인 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 성분은 분자량 분포가 1.8 이상인 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응성 희석제는 아크릴레이트 화합물인 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에너지선 경화성 조성물은, 실리콘 수지 성분 100 중량부 대비 1 내지 200 중량부의 반응성 희석제를 포함하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 요철 표면의 연필 경도가 5H 이상인 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 요철 표면은 1,500회 이상의 500 g 스틸울 저항도를 나타내는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 요철 표면에서의 헤이즈가 3% 내지 50%의 범위 내인 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 요철 표면의 산술평균조도 Ra가 0.01 μm 내지 2 μm의 범위 내인 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 요철 표면의 60도 그로스(gloss)가 10% 내지 90%의 범위 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기재 필름을 추가로 포함하고, 경화물층이 상기 기재 필름의 일면 또는 양면에 형성되어 있는 필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 제 1 방향에서의 열팽창 계수(CTEF1)와 상기 제 1 방향과 수직한 제 2 방향에서의 열팽창 계수(CTEF2)의 비율(CTEF2/CTEF1)이 1.5 이상인 필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 제 1 방향에서의 탄성률(YMF1)과 상기 제 1 방향과 수직한 제 2 방향에서의 탄성률(YMF2)의 비율(YMF1/YMF2)이 1 이상인 필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 제 1 방향에서의 최대 응력(MSF1)과 상기 제 1 방향과 수직한 제 2 방향에서의 최대 응력(MSF2)의 비율(MSF1/MSF2)이 1.5 이상인 필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 제 1 방향에서의 연신율(EF1)과 상기 제 1 방향과 수직한 제 2 방향에서의 연신율(EF2)의 비율(EF1/EF2)이 1.5 이상인 필름.
- 광학 기능성층 및 상기 광학 기능성층의 일면에 형성된 제 1 항의 필름을 포함하는 광학 적층체.
